Mobile orders picked up inside for only a couple drinks consistently take 10-20 minutes

Thoroughly disappointed with this Starbucks location. I’m a regular customer who saves reward points over time and often stop in quickly on my way to work. I understand that stores can get busy, but when I redeemed my points for a drink, I waited over 20 minutes and was then told it would be another 15 minutes before my order could even be made.
Because I needed to get to work, this was especially frustrating. I was also told that my points could not be refunded and that no accommodation could be made despite the delay. Using rewards that represent significant spending should not result in this type of experience.
I’m not angry—just disappointed. At that point, I might as well have gone to Dunkin’ Donuts and received the same level of service, which is disheartening given my loyalty to Starbucks.

The slowest location in Maryland. I always know, even if there is no line (drive thru or inside)- if I won’t at the least 10 min to wait for my coffee… don’t even think about stopping. Have started to go to Dunkin instead just bc it not such a long wait to get coffee

Just picked up a grande pumpkin latte, and it was barely three quarters full and no sign of whipped cream which we asked for. Would have gone back to inquire but drive thru moved so slow we didn't have another 20 minutes. Will NOT GO BACK to this Starbucks on Solomons Island Rd.

Yesterday I went into the Starbucks to pick up my mobile order. At 10:30a, 6 people working behind the counter, it took them 30 minutes to call my order which was made incorrectly.

When calling names for orders the barista had two orders in her hand. One order she called, she said the name, with my cup she looked at name and assuming that it wasn’t the other 15 people around because of the name, she looked and me, slid the cup near me and walked away.

I was very surprised as I don’t frequent this location often, but I expected the customer service would be better. I will not be returning here again.

I usually don’t have problems here, always mobile ordering. The coffee is fine but this is the sandwich they gave me. Where’s the bread? Did you guys eat it ?

I had an unexpected situation this morning while in line at Starbucks—my car suddenly overheated, and I had to pull out of the drive-thru to call roadside assistance. While I was on the phone, clearly stressed and overwhelmed, one of the baristas (I didn’t catch her name—she was short, wore glasses, and had short dark hair) came outside and walked my order out to me.

She smiled and said, “I figured you needed this with how your day is going,” and it honestly meant more than I could say in that moment. I barely got to thank her, but her kindness and thoughtfulness stuck with me all day. I wanted to reach out to the manager to say how wonderful she was but couldn’t find an email—so I hope this review reaches the team and she gets the appreciation she deserves.

Thank you for going above and beyond—it truly made a difference.

Decent Starbucks on the small side. They are mostly a drive thru busy spot.

I placed an order as a walk in this morning. I had to wait almost 20 mins for my 2 coffees- while sitting outside I watched 15+ cars in the drive though that ordered after me, get served before me and then it looked like 10+ mobile orders made after I placed my order. Starbucks show respect and place orders in the order you receive them and value people’s time equally. If unable to do that, just change your model and focus on drive thru and take out only and not try to encourage people to go to your store.

When you order a 6 dollar drink & request easy on the ice, they should honor that request, but they don't, at least at this location. Who wants to pay 6 dollars for a cup of ice ?

I love the pink drink but half the time I go to this location it is out of something needed for it. Not sure who does the ordering but it is consistently out of something! Very frustrating.
