Ordered via app and was told my order was ready before entering drive-thru. Spent 25 minutes in line and was told my drink hadn’t been made yet, despite the app stating otherwise. Drink was still made wrong and I had to ask for utensils and napkins for my meal, which were delivered to me one at a time, which is likely why it took so long for everyone’s service.

This location used to be so wonderful and truly a highlight of my morning. I have visited this location several times a week for the last few years and over the last year so many aspects have gone down hill severely. While there are several employees that are wonderful and have such a kind and helpful attitude, there are also several that have such poor attitudes that it’s hard to believe they still have a job in a customer service role. On top of that, when a drink is made incorrectly, which happens now more often than not, the attitude amplifies significantly and they act like you’re crazy for asking them to remake it when you spent anywhere between $6-$8 for one beverage. While I can understand being under staffed can be stressful, I have no issue waiting a significant amount of time for my order if the order is actually correct and I’m not met with a poor attitude every time I reach the drive-thru window.
usually the service and drinks are great but this morning had a really disappointing experience with the young lady in the drive thru. was there at around 5:40 in the morning and the young woman got three drinks in the wrong size and didn’t serve us a drink we ordered. when we asked for said drink, she became very rude and snippy and told us it was our fault for not having ordered the drink, when she never even showed us the order on the screen. incredibly disappointed with the way she spoke to our family and treated us, most likely will not be going back now.

Almost $7 for a grande shaken espresso and they forgot half of the ingredients, there was also more ice in the cup than coffee, bad place to get a good coffee

Food was ok. They mixed up the drinks but were happy to fix them. It just took more time.

I have previously worked for starbucks so I know how it goes behind the counter.
Ever since the old store manager left it seems the place has gone down hill with the new manager. She is very disrespectful, and multiple times of me going here she is always talking & laughing on the headset to the employees with no act of acknowledgment when arriving to the window, handing me the card reader and handed my items without a greeting or anything! Look, I don’t expect people to tell me have a good day but it’s all about customer service which is a very important thing working for Starbucks. Which clearly this store lacks. It seems like baristas will try to avoid eye contact or even conversation, and then make your drinks wrong and get mad at you for it. Their cold brew has not been made properly, and it’s too expensive to be getting drinks that aren’t made up to the Starbucks expectations of quality and customer satisfaction. It’s really frustrating even when you have a store who no longer cares about their customers anymore.

I stopped at this Starbucks for the first time & it was quick and seemed efficient. The employees were very nice. I ordered a bacon gouda breakfast sandwich and a trenta pink drink with light ice.
I started my sandwich on the drive to work and it wasn’t toasted. Just texture of soggy but warm but no crispness to the bread. And my pink drink was watered down.
I’m disappointed in a breakfast that was meant to treat myself on a hectic morning.

Have been 3 times, one of the sandwiches we got had rotten bacon on it that made my wife gag, my iced coffee was Luke warm and another time they just flat didn't make my drink the way it's supposed to be made. I'll be going to the Starbucks in the Safeway down the road from now on.

The worst Starbucks in Maryland, slow and takes 20 mins+ to get your order when you walk in...
