Sonya is the reason for the five stars. she's the only server in the area (i've bisited five at this point, don't judge me đ¤Łđ¤ˇđ˝ ) that has completed my order as i ordered it, with no attitude or rebuttal. she didn't say it was 'impossible', she jsut smiled and got it done with minimal effort. please look to her when training the region, because she herself was surprised when i mentioned other servers just couldn't complete my order. best part, i was smiling as i bit into my own custom order sandwich. thanks Sonya! đ

Ordered the new foot long pepperoni and cheese roll up. They put 3 pepperoni on it and cheese it was all dough could not eat it .

Good food but totally disappointed that the manager and probably the owner as well tried overcharging me...$19.00 for turkey wrap, gatorade and bag of sun chips. Then she tried to justify the uncharge even though it didn't coincide with the price on the menu. In the end I paid $14.00. The price of the wrap was $9.00.

I eat at Subway often! And thereâs a few right around the corner from me. And in Annapolis Maryland area there are several. Also, I get their coupons in the mailer and I use them! Itâs definitely worth it with a coupon! And if you get a mailer, and it has the SUBWAYÂŽ coupons in them⌠I would recommend using them they are worth it! Eating out today is very expensive $20 or more just for a simple meal Even a sandwich. You can get subs at half price or buy one get one and other meal savings.The food? For a sub shop itâs good! And being SUBWAYÂŽ, they have their brand of styles and subs!SUBWAYÂŽ has quite a variety of different things to choose from. Subs, classic versions and healthier versions, wraps, even pizzas. Soda drinks, teas, and a variety of chips and snacks. Iâve been eating subs since I was a kid. You can have your steak, greasy burger joint subs at the sub shop on the corner or you can have your SUBWAYÂŽ subs, which are just as good. Handmade with their own homemade baked bread of choice. Even whole-grain bread which a lot of sub Shops donât offer. They have, rotisserie chicken, grilled chicken teriyaki chicken choices for chicken. I only get the chicken subs so I can only really comment on that. But Iâve had other subs there before. And the next time I do have a different sandwich or stuff I will change up my review about that.Itâs different than a lot of sub shops where you tell them what sub you want, what you want on it and then they make it. Here, what you want is all in front of you and you just tell them and they put it together for you. The meats are already cooked. So you get your food a little faster. But they are a perfect, quick, easy, pretty healthy meal especially after a workout. Of course thatâs if you choose the healthier versions lol! It is a sub shop. As a chef, when I go out and eat something and know how itâs supposed to be made, I want it to be made right. While Iâm watching them, do their thing, theyâre more like robots than people. Just going through the motions, not smiling. ?When making a sandwich, thereâs more to it than just plopping things on the sub⌠? the ingredients have to be spread out evenly so that youâre getting something in every bite. When they first pop the chicken on they grab a scoop and then throw it on And donât always spread it out from end to end. So either the first bite or the last bite is going to be just bread, and most of the time not eaten. The Meat needs to be in every bite!SUBWAYÂŽ, needs to do a new staff meeting and make sure theyâre making their subs properly.Service? It could be a lot better! Most of them do not speak English very well, and some no English at all. They understand just enough to get by. And that is sad! And sometimes you have to repeat things. If they were more friendly, said, hello, smiled and understood English better, and connected with their patrons better, I would give them a four or five stars.The atmosphere? Well, itâs a sub shop⌠with just a few tables and seats. I donât even remember hearing any kind of music playing in the background⌠Maybe they do, I just donât remember lol! One of the toppings on half of our tuna 12-inch sub tasted rancid. Turns out the person who ate a portion of that side around 7 pm today violently threw up two hours later. These things can happen but I am giving one star based on the manager Rajine's (sp?) response and expressing zero concern for my sick relative. He should not own a food business because customer health and service should be first priority.
