Good food but totally disappointed that the manager and probably the owner as well tried overcharging me...$19.00 for turkey wrap, gatorade and bag of sun chips. Then she tried to justify the uncharge even though it didn't coincide with the price on the menu. In the end I paid $14.00. The price of the wrap was $9.00.

I eat at Subway often! And there’s a few right around the corner from me. And in Annapolis Maryland area there are several. Also, I get their coupons in the mailer and I use them! It’s definitely worth it with a coupon! And if you get a mailer, and it has the SUBWAY® coupons in them… I would recommend using them they are worth it! Eating out today is very expensive $20 or more just for a simple meal Even a sandwich. You can get subs at half price or buy one get one and other meal savings.The food? For a sub shop it’s good! And being SUBWAY®, they have their brand of styles and subs!SUBWAY® has quite a variety of different things to choose from. Subs, classic versions and healthier versions, wraps, even pizzas. Soda drinks, teas, and a variety of chips and snacks. I’ve been eating subs since I was a kid. You can have your steak, greasy burger joint subs at the sub shop on the corner or you can have your SUBWAY® subs, which are just as good. Handmade with their own homemade baked bread of choice. Even whole-grain bread which a lot of sub Shops don’t offer. They have, rotisserie chicken, grilled chicken teriyaki chicken choices for chicken. I only get the chicken subs so I can only really comment on that. But I’ve had other subs there before. And the next time I do have a different sandwich or stuff I will change up my review about that.It’s different than a lot of sub shops where you tell them what sub you want, what you want on it and then they make it. Here, what you want is all in front of you and you just tell them and they put it together for you. The meats are already cooked. So you get your food a little faster. It’s a little bit different kind of like when you’re at the mall walking down and assembly line choosing what you want put in your meal or on your sandwich. So you only have yourself to blame for the flavors and items you choose. ?I was at SUBWAY® the other day, and I saw this lady getting a pizza. I asked her about it And she told me she loved it. It reminded her of a Homemade Pizza. She gets it often top with lots of extra cheese.I go to Subway often, sometimes monthly, sometimes weekly, and sometimes every few months if I get a little busy. But they are a perfect, quick, easy, pretty healthy meal especially after a workout. Of course that’s if you choose the healthier versions lol! It is a sub shop. And, perfect when I don’t really have time to make something. It’s convenient!I’ve seen pretty bad ratings on SUBWAY®, and I can only think of a few reasons why. As a chef, when I go out and eat something and know how it’s supposed to be made, I want it to be made right. Also, because I’ve been in the restaurant business, the staff should be pleasant and greeting their customers with a smile. While I’m watching them, do their thing, they’re more like robots than people. Just going through the motions, not smiling. ?When making a sandwich, there’s more to it than just plopping things on the sub… ? the ingredients have to be spread out evenly so that you’re getting something in every bite. When they first pop the chicken on they grab a scoop and then throw it on And don’t always spread it out from end to end. So either the first bite or the last bite is going to be just bread, and most of the time not eaten. The Meat needs to be in every bite!SUBWAY®, needs to do a new staff meeting and make sure they’re making their subs properly.Service? It could be a lot better! Most of them do not speak English very well, and some no English at all. They understand just enough to get by. And that is sad! And sometimes you have to repeat things. If they were more friendly, said, hello, smiled and understood English better, and connected with their patrons better, I would give them a four or five stars.The atmosphere? Well, it’s a sub shop… with just a few tables and seats. I don’t even remember hearing any kind of music playing in the background… Maybe they do, I just don’t remember lol! One of the toppings on half of our tuna 12-inch sub tasted rancid. Turns out the person who ate a portion of that side around 7 pm today violently threw up two hours later. These things can happen but I am giving one star based on the manager Rajine's (sp?) response and expressing zero concern for my sick relative. He should not own a food business because customer health and service should be first priority.

I do like subway food but some of the employees barely speak English. I have a hearing problem (not their fault) and couldn't communicate with them. I won't go back...

Ordered online and everything looked normal. Credit card was accepted and was given a pickup time. Went to get sandwiches and staff said there was no record of the order because the manager disabled the online ordering. What!? How crappy is that? I am completely beside myself and I will NEVER go to another Subway again. Plenty of other sandwich shops out there. Now have to continually check my CC account to see if I get a refund. So screwed up!! And yes, I went to a local mom and pop to get the sandwiches.

Ate tuna sub at 630pm, by 830pm my stomach was burning and it was coming out like lava! Obviously seriously unsanitary!!! ??????

The girls working on Tuesday night were so charming and nice. I came in unknowingly right before close and they made me exactly what I wanted and I was so thankful as well as starving! I really appreciate the kind customer service and the amazing gesture of making me my food before you closed. Will visit here many more times!

The credit card machine constantly goes down, so they take cash only. I complained about that today, then went to my car and ordered online. The app said my sandwich would be ready in 20 minutes. I went back in the store 10 minutes later & my sandwich was on the shelf. Bread was dry, sandwich was smashed down, ingredients falling out. Very salty and I didn’t ask for salt. I’m done with subway. Last time I used the app they made the wrong sandwich. The renovations look nice but the food & the service were much better before.
