I go to Taco Bell in Edgewater Maryland, order online and it goes to the wrong restaurant, far away. Either restaurant is able to help me, give me a refund. They say to call app support. App support is closed for 2 days. They can’t just put a freakin cancel o. The app that stays there until you pick up your order. Unbelievable. McDonald’s sends orders to the location you are located and cancels automatically if you don’t pick up. This is unbelievable! I can’t afford to waste money and give them free money! Taco Bell is stealing my money! And the one in edgewater couldn’t just make the order, as often as I eat there? I’m done with TacoBell! I want my money NOW AND I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS AND HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE! The app is too much troulble and I can’t afford it anymore without app deals. I don’t want to waste my weekends and time off work dealing with this crap nor do I have the money to deal with it! TACO BELL SUCKS! Don’t eat there anymore! It’s longer worth it and I was a long time regular customer! Not anymore!

Update: Taco Bell, do you want t to explain to me why this deal never works at Edgewater MD Taco Bell or Gambrills, MD Taco Bell!!!! What kind of a business do you run where you don’t honor your deals? I did everything exactly the way it said to and it wouldn’t give me the freaking deal!!! Your company is full of crap and doesn’t honor it deals.  Now I can’t even put a picture of the deal on this damn comment to show you what I’m talking about because you’re too afraid of people taking pictures and showing you for who you really are showing how disgusting your food is. It was the deal for getting a drink and a Cantina taco Mexican pizza and a quesadilla for $11. It keeps telling me something is not the right amount of money, but I put in exactly what it said to put in over and over tired of the garbage dealing with this company. I’ll take my money elsewhere!

Every time I've been here the service and food was great. But yesterday.....I got two chicken quesadillas and the one I ate was good. One hour later Mudd Butt! 24 hours later I'm still on the toilet every 45 minutes. Getting dehydrated now and I regret my decision. Buyer beware. Maybe a one off isolated incident but yes.

Food was good. Service was horrible. Went through to get my food at the window. The person awkwardly said “is this the right one?” without even looking at the bag and proceeded to rush rush me out the drive thru. Will not be coming back to this location.

Worst customer service by drive thru. I asked for extra sauce and was charge, which is no big deal. While still at the intercom i asked if the extra sauce could be put on the side. Sauce was special avocado sauce packet, when i got my food the extra verde packet wasnt there. The guy said it is in the burrito, then had said Oh as if he remembered. Then proceeded to lie and said i never asked for it on the side. Also, i had the same cantina taco in oxon hill at lunch and it was the same size as that tiny burrito they made. I have so many complaints but not enough space in this review. The drive thru worker asked "Are you good" as he mad dogged me and told me to leave. I voiced my unhappiness to the manager who said she would talk to him. Not sure if anything will happen but that kid does not need to work as the face of the company. My last experience I had there was maybe like a year ago and the Manager was amazing, we shared how we were both prior military and food was delicious. I will never, NEVER, NEVER eat at this Taco Bell again, horrible food and worse customer service.

The food at this Taco Bell was good. However, the heating was broken inside of the Taco Bell and it was freezing inside. Come on, guys, get your stuff together and fix your HVAC units.

Went through the drive through and ordered the enchilada box. When i got home I only had saw the chicken enchilada burrito, double stacked taco, chips and cheese sauce. No chalupa supreme. It wasn't busy, no one was on the parking lot or in the drive in. I get it is fast food, but you should have employees double check the order. I take some responsibility as well because i could have checked when i received the order.
