Will not be attending this Fridays ever again. Came here for what was supposed to be a birthday brunch that my sister took me out to, and it didn’t feel special at all.
I ordered a mocktail that was supposed to include strawberry, mint, and lime on the side, but it came in a plain glass with none of that included.
We also ordered the Level Up appetizer. While we did receive the hashbrowns, the dish looked nothing like the picture, several toppings were missing, and the cheese on top was burnt, giving it a weird taste.
We weren’t given silverware and had to ask twice. Surprisingly, it wasn’t even our server who brought it, it was the host. The host was also the only person who asked how we were doing. None of the servers checked in, said “enjoy,” or asked how the food was. Our food was basically dropped at the table and the server rushed away.
The restaurant wasn’t busy and had about two servers, so there was no excuse for the rushed and inattentive service. Overall, the calm environment couldn’t make up for the lack of care in both food and service. Read the other reviews and am hoping I don’t get food poisoning too.

My husband and I were enjoying a rare day off together and decided to have lunch at TGI Fridays. The food was good, hot and fresh. Our waitress Dez was on point! They were pretty busy and she was on top of her game. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Fantastic experience all around. The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere, the staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, and the food was fresh. Service was smooth and really liked the music , making the entire meal relaxing and enjoyable. If I had a concern or question the manager Darius was very helpful! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to eat. Can’t wait to return!

My boyfriend and I ate here last night for dinner, let’s just say, never again! We literally got food poisoning from our food. The service was extremely slow, almost like the workers didn’t want to be there. My boyfriend got loaded potato skins as an appetizer, they were extremely greasy and just gross. He got wings for dinner, said they tasted like straight microwaved rubber. I felt that away about my chicken tenders with fries. How do you mess that up? And every time we needed our server, we’d look around the entire restaurant and he was nowhere to be found. Terrible experience all around; our stomachs still hurt.

My experience here was very disappointing. I waited over an hour for my food, and the waiter was mostly unavailable. The busser ended up helping me about 95% of the time. Even getting a cup of water took nearly an hour.

Friday in Annapolis staff does not listen. I have a severe tomato allergy that requires an epi pen. I am having a reaction. I informed the server, specific a severe tomato allergy. I ordered a burger, I said cheese, lettuce, onions, pickles. Why is this so hard.
They put their sauce on it that I did not ask for that has a tomato base in it.
My sister Vicki and I went here for lunch today. It wasn’t crowded and we were seated wherever we wanted to be seated and was waited on by Mr. Darius Bates. The customer service experience was over the top! He was so patient, caring, great sense of humor and so polite. It’s been years since we remembered being treated so kindly. And, to top it off we asked him to go get the manager and he said, “I am the manager.” We teased him because he looked so young. But I will tell you one thing: He can teach customer service! We will be back just because of him. And the food was tasty as well. Thank you Mr. Bates. Your over the top kindness is just what we needed and much appreciated. We drove home raving about the great experience! We highly recommend this location.

The manager and waitress was wondering and kind and was so concern about my comfort there and the food and drinks was delicious 😋🤤.Will go back again.I want to give the manager a big thank you for making sure I was satisfied with everything and looked out for me when he was told about a situation of an employee.Again thank you Sir

I usually I’ve coming here, but today we had to wait way too long for drinks and when we did finally get them they weren’t good. We asked to speak to the manager who made the situation worst by being rude. She ended up comping our meal, but I doubt if I be back anytime soon.
