not sure what is happening with the staff and management at this location? the service and food quality has drastically declined over the last few months. seems as if they have completely lost the veteran employees because I don't recognize anyone there anymore. sad to see.

We have been coming to this location for a few months. Our first visit was in the restaurant. Our waiter was so nice and our food was delicious. He was really patient with us when we asked to get everything to go when my toddler started to get fussy.
Since then our experiences have just gone completely down hill. The last two pickup orders we've received have been pretty much inedible. Our appetizers were soggy, greasy and cold. My burger today was just gross. Tasted old and greasy. My husband's ribs were dry and seemed to be reheated. I'm extremely disappointed with everything we've gotten. Currently sitting eating cereal and leftovers instead of what they sent us home with. Save your time and money for somewhere else.

The service was horrible. We were handed dirty napkins off a table that just left. We ordered multiple apps for the table and they finally brought side plates after asking multiple people. They only brought 2 because that's all they had eventhough the restaurant was mostly empty. Our meal arrived that we were sharing and guess what no other plates. They never asked if we wanted more drinks or even if the food was good. We sat there and asked for a container for the food we didn't touch because they couldn't bother for side plates. The employees were talking about where they were going to party and get f'ed up for the whole restaurant to hear. The management should be embarrassed and the employees are trash. I left $0 tip but I'm sure they won't have a clue why. The food wasn't that good either. I will never come here again. I should have left when I saw how empty the place was.

The staff takes everyone seriously and are very professional in general. Wait times for food were a bit long hence the 4 star on the food. Otherwise, the food was enjoyable but nothing special. It's what you would expect at a Fridays, Applebee's, Outback, etc, which is good! The atmosphere was enjoyable enough, and the interior looks well-kept and modern. Food and Drink Menus had a decent bit of variety.

I called to place a pick up order and I was told they have no fries š how do you not have fries lol and refused to negotiate the up charge on union ring. I see why this chain is going out of business

Dissapointing. I ordered the truffle mushroom burger and my daughter ordered the appetizer combo.
When the food was brought to the table, the waitress told me they were out of mushrooms. I asked if that was not the whole point of a mushroom burger. She just said, well we are out of mushrooms.; do you want the burger or something else. At that point, the food was at the table and I didn't want to wait any longer.
It would be nice to know that you are out of the main ingredient of what you have ordered before bringing the food to the table.

I see why they have financial problems. First order returned was not a real Philly cheese steak. Second order boneless wings had way too much coating and the flavor on the dish was strong. Best part of the visit was the drink. Moscow mule..

The only reason I am giving this review 4 stars, is because of the employees Andrew (I believe that was his name) and Amber.
We got our meal (which was actually phenomenal) however there was music playing that I donāt think many people want to listen to while eating their dinner with their family/child. Andrew brought our food out and we asked if the music could be changed. He apologized and changed it on the juke box . He showed great customer service and was very nice. We overheard some other employees complaining that he ākilled the vibeā. Thank you Andrew for ākilling the vibeā and putting on some music that was acceptable to listen to while eating dinner.
Amber was our server and she was phenomenal as well.

Just picked up my meal to go. When I got home my dessert was missing ice cream. When I called back to the restaurant I was told that I didnāt get the ice cream because they donāt have anymore ice cream for the evening. I mentioned that I shouldāve been told that so I could order something else or I shouldāve been accommodated in some way. I said that wasnāt an option I guess? She just said Okā¦.?? I just had to end the call.

I'm not sure what has changed in the last couple weeks? The food quality has gone way down hill. I know Fridays is having financial problems, but seems like they have just given up trying to provide any kind of quality food or service. Very sad to see the decline in this location.

But the environment was even worst
Too much work drama and it was interfering with there ability to work
Perfect food - steak and burgers were very tasty and done as we asked. Service was prompt and attentive. Overall a nice place with great and consistent food.
