My sister Vicki and I went here for lunch today. It wasn’t crowded and we were seated wherever we wanted to be seated and was waited on by Mr. Darius Bates. The customer service experience was over the top! He was so patient, caring, great sense of humor and so polite. It’s been years since we remembered being treated so kindly. And, to top it off we asked him to go get the manager and he said, “I am the manager.” We teased him because he looked so young. But I will tell you one thing: He can teach customer service! We will be back just because of him. And the food was tasty as well. Thank you Mr. Bates. Your over the top kindness is just what we needed and much appreciated. We drove home raving about the great experience! We highly recommend this location.

Well had to wait for host to seat us and mostly empty. Then a while before drinks taken, very slow getting orders from kitchen. Burger falling off dun which was squashed. Not best experience

The manager and waitress was wondering and kind and was so concern about my comfort there and the food and drinks was delicious 😋🤤.Will go back again.I want to give the manager a big thank you for making sure I was satisfied with everything and looked out for me when he was told about a situation of an employee.Again thank you Sir

I usually I’ve coming here, but today we had to wait way too long for drinks and when we did finally get them they weren’t good. We asked to speak to the manager who made the situation worst by being rude. She ended up comping our meal, but I doubt if I be back anytime soon.

Deplorable service by the Saturday night manager, I believe Tisha was her name but can’t be sure because she refused to respond when I asked her.
Ordered UberEats, order was about 2 hours late, which I completely understand is not their fault. Did not receive a $15 item I ordered that UberEats refused to refund, despite the fact that Tisha admitted to her restaurant being out of.
After she repeatedly told me wasn’t her fault or problem and that she would not help me with, I asked her why the item was offered on the UberEats menu if it wasn’t available in the first place. I told her I’d already spent a hour on the phone with UberEats and was told my only recourse was contacting the restaurant. She had no resolutions to suggest. I asked for a refund, Tisha said she couldn’t do that. I asked for some sort of coupon, she said they were ready to close and she didn’t have time to help me. She repeatedly talked down to me, interrupted me, spoke over me, and then hung up on me mid-sentence.
I am supremely displeased with the way I was treated, I understand this isn’t a high-end restaurant, but as a fellow restaurant worker I would never speak to a customer the way Tisha spoke to me, no matter the average price per entree.
Edit: repeatedly tried to call back to verif abhorrent manager’s name. After I finally got through after multiple calls, she simply hung up on me yet again. I will call again tomorrow and hope that SOMEONE actually listens to and attempts to resolve the issue.

My daughter in law wanted to do a short family thing. So she sent out a text message to family. It was supposed to be a wonderful, short-lived experience since it was not previously scheduled. She, my son, and daughter got there 1st. When asked how many to seat, she advised maybe up to 20 eventually.
The manager told her staff that she had just turned away a party of 25 and she for sure could not do a party if 20. The manager said this in front of my daughter in law to make sure she heard it. I was not aware of this. 75 percent of the restaurant was empty. There were people at 5 tables and 3 at the bar. My daughter went around and counted.
If I had known this I would have demanded we go to my friends restaurant up the street. But because she invited her grandmother and my mother, who are well in their 80's that we should not just up and relocate. A waiter told her he had a table for 10, and the rest could sit at the bar.
The waiter was nice. But the food was not. We should have just relocated. Maybe 10 adults and 7 children showed up. No one was the wiser because she did not want to make the family upset. But it is safe to say that we WONT be back any time soon. The manager sent the waiter over with coupons for the next visit. My daughter wanted a fun place to tell the family the gender of my new grandchild. It should have been a short-lived fun event at about 8pm to 10pm. She told me just before we left what happened. I feel bad for her because she held all that in and just smiled as if nothing was wrong. Shame on the manager for treating my daughter in law and son so badly and then at the last minute changing her mind and seating us.

The associates there were so rude.They talked about us right in front of our faces. They close at 12:30 and we came at 12:00 and instead of just telling us nicely that they were closed they stood around and talked about us till finally a lady told us they were closed. I would give 0 stars if i could. So disappointed in my experience here.
The food was good. Prices could be cheaper, but everything has gone up after the pandemic. However, I would go here again🙂
New favorite spot to get food, affordable, tasty, and quality. I really like getting the burger on the value meals without cheese or a salmon.

Worst experience! The server & bartender were new but it was no excuse for the terrible service received. We asked for a martini and she gave us something we didnt order. We asked for wings, all flats, and we got boneless. What are boneless wings all flats??? If you're unsure just ask. Assuming is a server is the worst thing you can do. After that our server literally disappeared for over 10 mins! We asked the bartender for another drink and she started walking around randomly, or just standing looking confused. After about 7 mins I asked her for our drinks again! Our waitress was still hiding so a manager helped us. She didn't try to rectify anything. Just watched us wait for the bill. I was about to just leave because they were holding us hostage at this point but they finally brought the bill, wrong, so we wait even More for the manager to fix that. And still haven't seen the waitress. Finally the manager brings the bill, no percentage off, no coupon, no nothing, just a lame sorry.

not sure what is happening with the staff and management at this location? the service and food quality has drastically declined over the last few months. seems as if they have completely lost the veteran employees because I don't recognize anyone there anymore. sad to see.
