The staff takes everyone seriously and are very professional in general. Wait times for food were a bit long hence the 4 star on the food. Otherwise, the food was enjoyable but nothing special. It's what you would expect at a Fridays, Applebee's, Outback, etc, which is good! The atmosphere was enjoyable enough, and the interior looks well-kept and modern. Food and Drink Menus had a decent bit of variety.
The only reason I am giving this review 4 stars, is because of the employees Andrew (I believe that was his name) and Amber.
We got our meal (which was actually phenomenal) however there was music playing that I don’t think many people want to listen to while eating their dinner with their family/child. Just picked up my meal to go. When I got home my dessert was missing ice cream. When I called back to the restaurant I was told that I didn’t get the ice cream because they don’t have anymore ice cream for the evening. I mentioned that I should’ve been told that so I could order something else or I should’ve been accommodated in some way. I said that wasn’t an option I guess? She just said Ok….?? I just had to end the call.
