Food never arrived
Left me on hold for 20 mins
Lied and said it was delivered even when the cameras show otherwise
Both employees completely ignorant and wasting peoples time and money
NEVER AGAIN!! I Ordered a pizza at 1:57…Lexi started prepping my order at 2:05….and was still prepping it at 2:15 and at 2:30…and then someone calls and tells me it’s going to be ANOTHER HOUR! Forget that - I ordered from Pat’s Pizza and got the SAME order in less then 15 minutes…
Lexi better have gotten stuck in the pizza oven to be prepping pizza for so long…you might wanna check on her…
Ordered and an hour later was still stuck on “prepping” your order and when call the store. It took 35 mins to actually get someone to pickup and answer the phone and nothing but excuses on their end. Horrible service and not worth ordering from
