Domino's Pizza

I call and the machine is on repeat over and over until someone answers. After 6 minutes someone answers and say can u please hold okay. 20 minutes later no one comes back I hang up. I call back and still machine no one has picked up. Makes no sense at all! If I had a car I’d pull up just to see what exactly are they doing that they not answering the phones smh.

I called and whoever answered the phone clearly hates their job. I asked if something would be included in the specialty he talkin bout idc what u get. Then I said to give me a second because it was my dad’s card and I didn’t know the postal code and first he asked if my dad knew I was using his card which why tf do u care then he hung up. Yall rly need to hire nicer people…

I use to love ordering from dominos all the time but they have been messing up a lot to where the point I have to stop ordering from there. I got food delivered a couple of months ago which the driver forgot my cinnamon twist I called them and a man told me they were going to give me a credit which covers the cinnamon twist just call ahead of ordering and they will give me a free cinnamon twist. I got take out last week and I told them about my incident why they charge me for the cinnamon twist and gave me one free wing and my total was $45 (which I ordered other stuff but it wasn’t much) which they told me it was the cheapest and the cinnamon twist was too high. Poor management the manager gave me attitude I wasn’t satisfied.

I placed an online carside pickup order, left my house once the app said the order was at BAKE status and hit the I’m Here button once it said DONE. I sat in the parking lot for over 13 minutes and decided to go inside. My order was sitting on a shelf. I asked what was happening with my order and the manager Jim treated me very rudely. He rudely stated that it was technologies fault and that it happens. As a manager, he should have known there was an order sitting in his window. He should have looked at the ticket that is on the box, seen the time and checked the parking lot for a vehicle. The staff that went in and out of the store even stared at us. Poor service, nasty manager and poorly run Dominos. This review doesn’t come from this incident solely either. There have been other negative issues in the past that resulted in our family taking a break from this location. This time we are done for good. I will take my every Friday night pizza order to Pizza Bolis.

I order delivery and they mess up my order and after sitting on hold for 15 plus minutes, I still haven’t been helped. How useless can you be?

Like their pizza, but the employee that waited on me clearly hates his job. Was greeted with "Name?" and that was it. No friendly greeting, thank you or any other conversation. Pizza was good though.

My kids love dominos. But I have to say I ordered a pasta bowl for first time since they took the bread away. I thought it was horrible. Will never order that again. I don't even believe the chicken was real chicken. Very disappointed. But everything is usually great
