I do not recommend this location. I can not speak for all the crew members that work here . But the one that serviced me was veryrude . I do not understand how you can say wha you want to someone who makes a CHOICE to spend money at your establishment. I drive past this location everyday . I will continue to do so .

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Christian at Dunkin’ Donuts! I come to this location at least twice a day, every day, and he always goes above and beyond. He’s so kind, positive, and truly makes a difference with his great attitude and customer service.

For a long time, I actually stopped coming here because some of the old employees were rude and made the experience unpleasant. I used to drive an extra 5–10 minutes out of my way multiple times a day just to avoid it. But since the new staff came in — especially Christian — it’s been a complete turnaround.

Thank you for hiring people who care and take pride in their work. Christian is definitely one of the best, and he’s a big reason I’m a loyal customer again! 💜☕️

Made an online order food burnt spoke to a manager no refund or anything he told me he would call back or another manager would which didn't happen then I call back the next day and the store has no manager in store idk what kind of business they are running but its terrible

I am absolutely TOTALLY disgusted with what I know has gone on with this Dunkin. If you feel bad vibes from people working here and your drinks taste like some sort of cleaner or chemical, definitely look into it. I will NEVER trust consuming food or drinks from here ever again. I've left a msg for the regional manager also. My husband and I gave up Dunkin coffee after getting 2 large ice coffees daily for several
years.
