Made an online order food burnt spoke to a manager no refund or anything he told me he would call back or another manager would which didn't happen then I call back the next day and the store has no manager in store idk what kind of business they are running but its terrible

I am absolutely TOTALLY disgusted with what I know has gone on with this Dunkin. If you feel bad vibes from people working here and your drinks taste like some sort of cleaner or chemical, definitely look into it. I will NEVER trust consuming food or drinks from here ever again. I've left a msg for the regional manager also. My husband and I gave up Dunkin coffee after getting 2 large ice coffees daily for several
years.

Usually my go to location but service has went downhill the past few months I’m lactose intolerant and always order oat milk my usual girl knows my order and it’s always perfect but when she’s not there it’s always wrong I had one young boy argue with me remake it and it was still wrong they need to be better trained and not always be playing on their phones and laughing and cussing when they come to the window I door dashed an order today my latte was wrong my matcha was wrong and was given stale donuts very disappointing

Maybe it is an optical illusion but the coffee cups look smaller. Additionally the coffee was weak.

Got in for two single shot expresso… they served me one that was already done for another customer, it was not even warm. Very sad, strongly reccomend to go elswhere
