The food there is delicious and the staff is generous and cooperative. Every time we eat in this place we have a pleasant evening!

Food was incredibly mediocre, I’ve had better food at weddings and in diners. Boring menu. No one in our party was impressed with their meal. Time for a new chef.

Awesome food, friendly staff, consistently good character. They charge affordable pricing and the food quality is good. 5 stars.

Unfortunately, tonight was the last night for one of our favorite Restaurants. Giovanni's closed the doors after many years of wonderful service to the local community. They will be missed by so many people. I wish the staff all the best and pray you find another place to work. My special thanks to Al Rossi and Bob for their wonderful music and entertainment. God bless you all.

We will miss this place. Best Italian food in Harford County. Reasonable prices, great service and delicious food. The garlic bread with cheese is amazing, as was the cheese ravioli, lasagna and veal Sinatra!!!

The BEST Italian food you will ever have! I get Shrimp Scampi almost everytime and it is amazing (Seafood Nicole and Sausage/peppers in garlic and white wine sauce are to die for also)! Even the Mozzarella sticks are WOW! The food, service, and atmosphere are 5 stars + ++..and we always have leftovers which make it even better : )))

Sorry to see this exit. Should have given people a chance to visit at least one more time. So disappointing. Best of luck.

Excellent food, terrific staff, reasonable prices. All gone next weekend. Hope you resurface, and please let us know. BTW, Tammy M is a FANTASTIC server. If you need someone, hire her FAST.

Had eaten here a few times in the past and stopped going because service kept getting worse and the food was extremely overpriced considering most of it is pasta! Any meat portions were very skimpy, the place smelled and looked dirty as the years went on. I'm surprised they lasted as long as they did...I suppose the loyal customers liked the nostalgia? Olive Garden had better food at reasonable cost...which is sad!

great service, excellent food, good music, fun dancing

Food was very good and fairly priced. Their Salad was excellent. Live music makes it feel more like a special night out than just going to dinner, but that you can enjoy with the whole family. Kids were dancing with their family. it was around the holidays and the band was singing some Christmas carols which was festive. The wait staff is extremely professional, courteous, and attentive But it gets pretty crowded and the seating is rather cramped.

The food here was just ok. I was told by a few people this place had great Italian food but I've been here twice and both times the food has no flavor. I won't be going back again.

Just had dinner at Giovanni's and it was a nice dining experience. From the greeting at the door to the friendly waitress, I enjoyed my time spent there. The house vinaigrette dressing for the salad was the best. I had fettuccine Alfredo and it was very good. I will have to come back and try the spaghetti and meatballs. For dessert, I had a tasty chocolate cake. Nice ambiance and good people, I recommend this restaurant for a nice family dinner.

Legitimate Italian food, fresh made, and so delicious. The pasta is homemade, and it is by far the best thing about this place. Well, that and the seasonal cheesecakes...don't bother with the rest of the desserts, because I know that they taste good, but none of them compare to the seasonal cheesecake. Skip the lasagna, though...I make a better one at home, for less money. But everything else is out of this world!
