You all just lost a very loyal customer, not 100% sure who I spoke to but it was two different individuals, I explained that I always order online and I choose mix flavor ordering wings and they normally separate the flavors using aluminum foil but this time they actually mix the two different flavors and brought the them to us.. I explained to the lady that I always purchase online and that I normally order wings and they always separate the flavors using aluminum foil, she said that mix flavors is self explanatory and they refused to credit me and said it would be awhile for them to make new wings… This place was my go to not anymore.. The strong statement by the employee did it for me….

Ordered out to night and asked for medium rare burger and it was more rare then medium might as well say it was still mooing. Called and said because I asked for rare anything there was nothing they could do. I laughed and said so I can't get a refund because I know they can give a refund. Had to put it in microwave for 1:30 mins close to 2 mins just to get it to medium rare. Will still order from here, but guess still sticking with kids menu like I have been.
Word of advice never put rare anything because you are not going to get your money back. You will have to do what I had to. Sad their usually really good and get the food just right. Guess today a bad day.

So I specifically went to Google to ask who in my area has a white pizza that has ricotta cheese, tomato, and broccoli because that's (in my belief) what a white pizza is ....I order my food. It comes to my door and it looks like a cheesy bread, pizza or something like a cheese pizza missing the sauce so I call and ask if there's anything I can do about it and they berate me and they tell me that there's a price difference in the pizza ...I didn't even care about how much the pizza cost. it's just the fact I ordered a white pizza. I wanted a white pizza. Pictures attached are as follows ( a white pizza , what I got when I ordered , what I got an hour and phone call later ) this one looks closer .., I would not recommend based off service , food is decent my salad was regular/no issues .

We always order for carryout. Food is fresh, pizza tastes great! Strombolis are good and we also love the cheesesteaks!!! Definitely give this place a try if you haven't yet. They also have specials online.
Used to love this place. Loved it so much we stopped using door dash and started using their website to order our food. BIG MISTAKE!!! Their driver went through the packages on our porch like he was walking the aisles of the grocery store! HE EVEN CAME BACK TO CHECK IF HE WANTED TO STEAL SOMETHING AFTER HE DROPPED OUR FOOD OFF!

Please do yourself a favor and order some tasty, fresh, delicious, well seasoned, and hot food. I ordered an Italian cold cut and chicken cheesesteak, well put together on a soft sub roll. A kids cheeseburger meal comes with fries. I’m looking forward to trying other things on their menu. The serving sizes are plentiful!

I was very happy with my first visit here. The wings are well priced as compared to the area. I was blown away with the size and quality of the wings; largest and fullest in the area.
The pizza was very good, soft and chewy crust. The sauce has a slight sweetness to it and the cheese was perfectly cooked.

I ordered today, shrimp scampi pizza & a broiled cake platter. This is my 1st & last time ordering from here. Crab cakes, horrible! It was not freshly made & if it was it tasted more like stuffing with crab meat in it, lot of bready sustain. Onion ring greasy. The best part of the pizza was the keto crust, otherwise no favor. It was a waste of $60

So disappointed we ordered from them all the time and on April 9th we had a big order because it was my birthday everything was going great until we started eating the pizza it tasted like cleaner has anyone had this happen to them so I called and the woman I spoke with said the next time we order we would get credit for the two pizzas That were bad so I called today to place an order which they replied they can't give me credit because it's not listed anywhere for us to receive credit it's not like I wanted the whole order replaced it's just the 2 pizzas that tasted like cleaner so on that note we will not be ordering from them again they truly lost a good customer

We ordered a side salad, crab imperial pizza, and crab dip fries. The crab pizza was 10/10. The fries were 6/10. My husband really enjoyed the fries and I would’ve as well but it was cold in the middle even though they were baked. I did like the fact the fries weren’t soggy. When we entered everyone greeted us and were very friendly. They have a home feel and everyone genuinely likes each other to include the customers. I would definitely come back when I am in the area.

Not many decent Sub places left in Harford County. I have not bought anything from Gus's in about 20 years. I have definitely missed out! The sun roll was fresh and perfect! The steak meat was delicious 😋 AND all the food was hot! I could not set my sub on my lap like usual because it was still so hot! By far the best cheesesteak I've had in years! Love the Mozzarella sticks 🤤 Awesome job 😎 Delicious 😋 You now have a regular Customer 🩷
