Not sure how they stay in business. For very basic eggs and pancakes it's very expensive, as far as I could remember they always been expensive for nothing special.

This location of IHOP was very welcoming. We were greeted upon entrance. Our order was taken promptly. Our food was hot and very good.

Ordered breakfast to pick up on Christmas morning on December 11. Money was taken from my account a few days later. Christmas Eve evening we received an email saying my order was cancelled. How does a holiday order get cancelled a few hours before pick up. AND ESPECIALLY ON CHRISTMAS!!! Been calling the number on the email with no answer and a full voicemail where I could not leave a message. PISSED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!! I have family members coming for Christmas breakfast which is a tradition of ours and now it’s ruined!!

They say they open at 7am and I’m here just before 8am and they’re not open. Not only the late opening time, but when a worker came out to talk to us, they had the sassiness tone I have ever heard. Never in my life have I been so disrespected and heard someone speak to me so nasty. Please lock in IHOP, i was excited for pancakes.

The food was good but they seemed very understaffed considering the rush. The hostess looked exhausted and our waiter was services a lot fo tables with what seemed like little help.
