That is the first and last time that I will be going to this location, the cashier needs to find a new job or be put somewhere else in the restaurant, where he is not dealing with a customer. He does not know how to do customer service at all. The manager is completely aloof, She has no idea what’s going on, she acted like it was beneath her to talk to customers. They were people waiting in the lobby and they’re taking drive-through orders before the people waiting in the lobby. When I got home, the fries were cold and the drinks taste of water down so thanks for nothing.

It was late, we were tired and hungry. The place was closing soon, but surprisingly, the food was fresh and delicious. We were not rushed to eat and run despite the lateness of the hour. Friendly staff made it a good experience.
Ordered a 4 piece and got 3 pieces and something else...seemed like half a piece as a bone was sticking out, or some mutant piece. Not sure what it was....I ate it anyway and tasted fine. Just weird that I got what seemed to be a remnant or left over.

It was barely 8pm and the doors were locked. We had to get back in the car and use the drive through. We ordered an 8pc and had to wait a little bit for it. When we got home the chicken was burnt and dry. I always peel the skin off but for my family who eat the skin they were all upset.

Always pleased with how they cook the chicken here. I can always get my wife her wings. Some KFC don't have wings when you ask for them.
