Sending someone to the parking spot to “wait” for their food just to bring it out cold is nasty work. Them QUEUE times ain’t that serious y’all gotta rush people out like that. Might need to report y’all on a higher level cause that’s straight crazy dang not a single strand of steam on my food yall must’ve kept this sitting waiting for me to get it cause ain’t no way it was cooked even a good hour ago come on brothers and sisters the robots are coming for y’all jobs and I support them if y’all can’t do it right .

I’ve had multiple issues with this McDonald’s. My drinks are often wrong, sauces are missing, and when I ordered the chicken pack through DoorDash, it came with no fries at all. On top of that, the staff usually looks irritated and uninterested, which makes the experience uncomfortable. Mistakes happen, but this has been consistent. Definitely needs better attention to orders and customer service.

I have been here before around a year ago and I just want to say that it is very unique and for it having these low reviews I just think I should join in and say that all my order was correct, it tasted amazing, and it was very fresh. Plus the workers were very nice too.

They always send you to the drive thru spaces and have you waiting 10+ minutes for food. Their drive thru times are great I'm sure but in reality customers are waiting forever. Someone needs to come in and provide training so this does not continue.

The screen displayex fot the goals fot your enployees giving no incentive is disgusting. This location wont get a cent from me. If im with anyone and they want to stop here i will offer to pay for their meal at any other location on me. I will also share on all my social media platforms this review to drive your business down. Disgusting.

It doesn’t matter what time of day it is or what you’re ordering, you will wait. It will be a minimum 10 minute wait and the order still won’t be correct. KFC and this Mc Donald’s must have the same management because both places are horrible when it comes to service and accuracy!

Went there on a Sunday morning for 2 iced coffees and it took 15 minutes for them to make them. Employees do not have customer service skills and seems like there was no management present based on how the employees were acting. My recommendation is to avoid this location if possible. I should have went across the road to Wawa. Would have been quicker.
