I ordered a McGriddle and they send a English muffin it's smelled so bad which caused me to look inside the egg was no good

Came back to double down, this place is horrendously slow
Always slow, even when not busy i have waited up to 30 minutes for food, even having had to go inside and remind them of my order because they forgot it somehow. Subpar food even for mcdonalds standards, the only reason ill go here is if i want McDonald's and cant drive to abingdon to go to that one.

Man I walk in there to pay cash and no one was taking orders at the front I waited 10 min then both of the managers are over there cursing in front of all the customers we all looking at each over like what???? And for my food took over 15 mins

That location there, in my household is known as “Russian Roulette McDonald’s”. You order what you want! You gonna get what they give you! I never said anything because the orders weren’t always off by that much or other times I made it home and didn’t want to go back. But this morning I ordered “ 2 breakfast burrito meals, one sausage, egg and McGriddle meal and a sausage, egg McMuffin sandwich.
I was given 3 drinks and was told to pull to the 3rd window. I received a bag containing two hash browns and two McGriddles. But the McGriddles contained only the bread. NO EGG NO CHEESE NO SAUSAGE!!! Just to breads in both wraps.
I told the lady that gave me the order. And she still insisted that I made that order. Until I showed her the receipt I was given with the correct order.

Whoever is in charge needs to be retrained along with everyone in the night shift! I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for more than 20 mins waiting to place my order with one car sitting in front of me. By the time I was able to place my order the cashier has an attitude as if I did something wrong, didn’t even give me my receipt. I can understand if someone is having a bad day or if there’s short staff but there wasn’t any communication, no greeting no nothing. I’ve worked in customer service 10+ years and this is everyday with this McDonald’s. I hope they can get it together! 11:53pm I’m finally getting my order. The gentleman servicing my meal was polite and did apologize for the wait because they are under staff.
