New York Fried Chicken and Fish

Terrible!.. let me first start by saying I have eaten food from the restaurant twice without going in person myself. Both times were chicken cheese steaks.. which are decent when you want something different to eat. But this was my 1st time being there in person. The outside looks nice and clean. The inside of the place needs a deep cleaning and some remodeling.. it's very dingy and looks like they don't focus on cleanliness very much. The self-service area was nasty and dirty.. the seasoning in the containers look like they never get changed or containers cleaned. On to the food!. Since I was there in person this time I thought to try something new since I could see the full menu. I decided to try the 3pc tilapia dinner combo. The tilapia was OVERCOOKED hard, small and flavorless, I took a closer look and it has no seasoning whatsoever in the breading. Only one side is edible cause they're small pieces like you get out of Great Value bag from Walmart. The macaroni was bland, plain and dry.. wasn't creamy.. wasn't cheesy.. it just gave me childhood memories of the blue box.. the only flavor you get is the powdered cheese there has painted the noodles. And the fries were okay I guess. NEVER AGAIN!. Put more effort into your business. don't steal people's hard earned money. I might as well have gone to a fast food place at least it would have tasted better.

Just noticed that they also have ram gyros.
Their whiting fishes are thicker and bigger than other restaurants. I also believe that they try to use fresh oil always.

I wont lie there food is a amazing but there customers service is trash. I spent to much money in that establishment as a customer to not be granted customer to my home when the wrong order is delivered to you & u demand the right order sent to you. They treat u nasty nd unkind place u on the do not deliver list b/c they have to replace the order they brought to you wrong.. i wont be supporting they business ever again nd it’s a shame b/c i love their food

The whole store looks dirty and not clean and the food is mid no flavor and over priced fry’s no salt or anything just luke warm and the chicken barley had any meat on its bones I spent 50 dollars on 4 platters that nobody liked the Mac and cheese was disgusting it was hard and old looking it was gross and worst fish too fried so hard and no flavor

Definitely call ahead to order because they get very busy at times, especially at night. Great food for a great price I got the #6 2 pc catfish combo and fries for 8.99. the box was filled with fries on the bottom, and the catfish pieces were very big, it was almost like you were eating 4 pieces from another restaurant. The fried chicken is also pretty good too, 11.99 was how much it cost for 8 pieces and it was cooked well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap but good restaurant to eat at.

They missed up my chicken cheese steak..no tomato ? or lettuce on it and then when I took it back they did the same thing again. Never again!
