Papa Johns Pizza

Very good carry out or delivery. We like to get pizza here a couple times a month.

For the third time in a year in a half my food was NEVER delivered. Never heard from a Manager the next day either so I called myself the store myself, I had to deal with a very RUDE Manager that spoke over top of me and argued! What happened to the Customer is always right? After all this is the THIRD time my food NEVER arrived! I will never order from Papa Johns of Edgewood again!

Great ingredients, great service, great pizza!

I got 2 boxes of pizza and wings. They didn’t cut the pizza at all in slices & I asked for the wings to be fried hard. Wings were slimy & rubbery, just nasty. Never again.

This is my third order from here and the last 2 times my orders were wrong! More than frustrating but I won’t give them a chance for this to happen again!

Their delivery driver can’t read addresses and attempted to deliver to the wrong address and gave me a hard time about it when it was clearly their mess up, taking no responsibility. Spoke to someone on the phone at the store who was very unapologetic about it making it seem like my fault for their incompetence. Not ordering from here again.

We placed an order tonight for dinner. We brought it home and it was wrong. Which is usually not a big deal. The store did not answer the phone nor did they want to correct the order. The girl in the store was laughing and avoided talking to me, she would rather laugh and joke with her friends. We I asked if I can just get the pizza corrected, we were told no and they just refunded the money. Told us there were no management numbers. Called back and got the customer service number and filed a complaint with them

Absolutely incompetent and downright disrespectful. My fiancé returned a call about a job listing, only to be hung up on after following their instructions to call back at three different times to speak to a hiring manager. I will be attempting to contact the owner or actual manager of this establishment since calling the store doesn't help. I have the recordings of each phone call and I believe it would help the owner understand just how unprofessional their employees truly are.

I always do pick up so I can't comment on the delivery but we do bulk orders for my company. Our company will order 10-20 pizzas at a time and ahead of time. Our pizzas are always ready when promised, hot, courteous service, someone always helps walk them to my car. I'm offered napkins, plates and utensils. We've had to order more in a pinch and they were ready very quickly. The manager of this location even stopped by our office to introduce herself, which is a nice touch. This will always be our go-to spot for our events. My individual orders for my family always turn out great too.

The workers here are really nice but I don't know how they managed to mess up every order I get from here. I walk in and order a barbecue pizza and I walk out with one with tomato sauce. I ordered delivery for a stuffed crust and end up with a thin crust. It seems like every time. Like I'm not trying to be a jerk but it literally says epic stuffed in big bold honking letters on the side of the box.
