Papa Johns Pizza

Made an online order, the driver couldn't find my address and then lied about trying to call. Never got my money back or the pizza. Sent an email about it with no response.

Something has clearly gone wrong over at this Papa John’s, because my last three orders have all been bad.

Tonight I ordered the new menu item, the Grand Papa Pizza. Which, as far as I can tell, is just an extra-large pizza.

The order was here in about 40 minutes and all of my neighbors know my order was here because the delivery driver was blasting music!!!

Anyways, just like my last few orders, there was barely any tomato sauce on it. At this point, I’m not ordering pizza — I’m ordering a very flat loaf of bread with aspirations. Honestly, I paid for what amounts to a large order of cheesesticks. And we already ordered cheesesticks. Somehow the cheesesticks were better than the pizza. That feels unbalanced.

So we called — calmly — because we hadn’t complained the last three times this exact thing happened. And the manager tells us, very confidently, that the Grand Papa pizza comes with light sauce by default… because it’s extra large. And they don’t add more sauce to match the size of the pizza.

Now… slap me and call me Gumby, because I did not see that coming.
You’re telling me the bigger the pizza gets… the less pizza it becomes?

Show me anywhere in the advertising where it says, “Hey, just so you know, this pizza is mostly vibes.” Because I must’ve missed that part.

There was a time when this location would fix a problem. They’d remake it. Apologize. Act like they cared. Now it’s just, “Yeah, that’s how it is,” and you’re left holding a warm piece of disappointment.

So yeah… we’re done ordering here. Not angrily. But by default….

I ordered a pizza with Alfredo sauce and got a pizza with no sauce at all only cheese and toppings.

Food is great BUT PLEASE have your workers wear gloves when handling foods. I went there to pick up our order and saw one of the workers holding a handful of cooked chicken WITHOUT gloves.
Have mercy on your costumers who might get sick

Worst experience dealing with the manager. Called me a liar on the phone after the 3rd time they delivered the wrong sauce. Just awful

Repeatedly declined my order hours before close.

Second horrible experience with the Papa John’s in Edgewood, Md in the last 6 months. Came in the evening ordered a pizza. Pizza was delivered in timely mannered uncut. Went back in, had to wait at the counter for almost 10 mins to get a staff member attention to request pizza be cut. Got my box back with all the sauce and cheese on the outside of the box. Just requested my money back and went to the Domino’s up the street. Staff just sloppy in their work.

Employees radiates strong anti vibes four times we've order from the place each time same if not similar issues reached out first time Dan emailed back about a guarantee they offer I've asked how to redeem such haven't heard back from in a week or so Personally all papa johns have seen the last of me as a ex employee from another state as I'm beyond disappointed completely done with the lot I've worked for 3 different pizza providers multiple locations leader position only reach out to me with a offer any location I'll gladly attempt to train em in the sense of urgency along with consideration From food, service and last atmosphere

P.s watch from the outside long enough you'll swear this specific been outta business with a broken open sign

The delivery driver stopped at a green left arrow, kept everyone waiting and then when the light turned red, ran the red light.

Very good carry out or delivery. We like to get pizza here a couple times a month.

For the third time in a year in a half my food was NEVER delivered. Never heard from a Manager the next day either so I called myself the store myself, I had to deal with a very RUDE Manager that spoke over top of me and argued! What happened to the Customer is always right? After all this is the THIRD time my food NEVER arrived! I will never order from Papa Johns of Edgewood again!

Great ingredients, great service, great pizza!

I got 2 boxes of pizza and wings. They didn’t cut the pizza at all in slices & I asked for the wings to be fried hard. Wings were slimy & rubbery, just nasty. Never again.

This is my third order from here and the last 2 times my orders were wrong! More than frustrating but I won’t give them a chance for this to happen again!
