Food was drenched in sauce, poorly made, not toasted. Staff remade it with no sauce and still not toasted. When I asked for HR contact, staff was rude, dismissive, argued, then hung up. I have photos/audio evidence.

My food was complete shit and so was my coworkers that ordered there. I brought the food back because it was a sloppy mess and the sauce was soaking through the bread it was more sauce then anything I go back and tell them and the woman behind the counter gave me an attitude. It was very nasty told me Then people should stop ordering from here and gave a attitude the whole time bc I said it was a reck I asked for a refund bc I didnāt not want the food they continued to make the food anyways I asked for a gms name I got told her name was Asia I called back bc when I brought the new food back they put Rotisserie chicken on both of them when thatās not what I ordered at all and the bread had to of been bad bc it was falling apart and the banana peppers was sour really bad food winded up going in trash when I spoke to her on the phone she kept yelling saying they donāt have hire up manager that her and the girl inside run the store and thatās it when thatās not the case I work right across from it and Ik some of the other works that worked there so ik itās not true I said isnāt ur gm Asia bc I asked in the store and thatās the name I was given they tried to say they donāt have a gm now

We placed an annoying 3 mobile orders with 6 sandwiches in total. Not only was she so nice when we came in but leila and sanaya made the best subway sandwiches ever. AND it was clean as hell. Thank you!

A delicious 6 inch Veggie delite on Italian herb bread. š I would have to pick the coldest night, had to wait for it to warm up.
Stopped at this one at 8:40 pm on our way home to Maine on Tuesday July 23, 2024. The hours say open until 9pm and the open sign was still lit. Go to the door and it is locked and two teen girls are still working but come to window and said not open, then turned the light off. Pretty rude.
