First time eating here with my fiancé and the food was exceptional. Our waiter name was FOTIOS very customer oriented willing to please excellent excellent service sangria out of this world if you wanna go out and have a good meal, try it highly recommend.

This was our first visit and we loved it. The service was excellent from the time we walked in until the time we left. The food was delicious all around. The portions were very generous - enough that we were able to have dinner the next day with our leftovers! The noise level was a little loud but.... there happened to be two birthday parties going on same time we were dining. The decor was lovely. We will definitely return.

Venetian Italian Eatery is a must try. From the time you walk through the door, the staff is warm and helpful. The food was absolutely enjoyable. We were celebrating a birthday and the attention to the person celebrating was great. I would definitely recommend experience of Venetian. I'll be back

Our meal was excellent as always and the service was great. My only critique is the back room could use some love. The front part of the restaurant is so nice. But we were seated in the back and there was a rubber hose running behind our table. Just not the best ambiance if seated back there.

The food selection is incredibly extensive and suited for all types of preferences. Our waiter came to our table instantly and we were checked on by the owners during our meal to ensure that our experience was what was expected. The portion sizes are incredible and the food, itself, was absolutely outstanding. We will DEFINITELY be back here again.

I don't think this is the right way to run a "Service" business (My opinion). I spoke to the manager and she said "Sorry, we get a lot of complaints about it" but the owner doesn't care basically. Now, let me say I was disappointed by this response, mostly because we had a pleasant experience. The food was good, the restaurant was nice and our server was GREAT. Even with the gratuity included in my bill and the conversation with the manager, I have our server a cash tip directly, so hopefully, the OWNER and Uncle Sam don't dip into his pockets deeper.

The cheesesteaks from here have been a family favorite ever since I was a kid. I’ve been living out of state for the past ten years, but I was able to grab a cheesesteak on a visit back home, and I’m pleased that they are as good as they were when I was a kid.

We will not be returning to Venetian Palace again. The food is not what it use to be, even under new management I get things change, and they add 15% gratuity even if it's one person. They completely screwed themself out of a GREAT tip between my coworker, myself and client. Bring thanksgiving I was planning to leave $20 for myself, my bill was $25.41. Between all of our totals it was around $90 for the 3 of us. They could have received easily a $40 tip but yup they got $13 between us adding the gratuity, no extra tip. You can say it was wrong but we had to ask numerous times for things, they didn't have the popular drinks we wanted like sweet tea, water glasses looked nasty, and my client didn't like her greens and Mac and cheese. My coworkers eggs had 2 slices of cheese just topped on her eggs. Like wtf?!wasn't even cooked in them. We did have a nice time between us while there but wasn't what it use to be!
