Now that it’s 24/7 the quality of the food went down expect cold everything since they don’t throw any meat away after sitting there for hours just got my food and looks like gas station burgers save you’re money and buy a pack of ground beef before eating here

Rarely get my order correct. Evening team often have an unfriendly demeanor.
Terrible welcome!! We walk in and there was a group of employees and I guess their friends being very loud, cursing and joking around. We stand in front of the register more than a minute and none of them say anything I turn around and ask one of the employees if she could take my order and respond “okay I’m about to” and she continue to talk to the group of friends.

Not a good experience at ALL. My family and I stood at the register waiting for someone to take our order for well over 5 mins. The person working the register simply ignored us walking back and forth to the back. The Manager was working the drive thru (I guess) but also saw us waiting and did not say one word. This is very poor customer service. We left without ordering. Very disappointing experience as I try to teach my children patience. Its one thing to wait but totally insulting to be completely ignored. Do better Wendys, but something tells me that this is the norm at this location.
