Could use a little more attentiveness AT the bar...!!

It was fine. Clean place but very bare bones, not a lot going on. Food was incredibly overpriced. Drink was good

The beer was decent, the service was slow, but to be expected on a themed bingo night. Thursday night is smash burger deal night. When the waitress was asked if there were any specials she didn’t know, but checked to see if smash burgers were a deal after asked and confirmed they were. We are used to another local smash burger place and expected these to be similar; however, very disappointed that they weren’t. We believe they were frozen patties. They were all of the same size, not tender and not at all what a smash burger is. We didn’t even finish them. The sad thing is, the toppings were good and so was the roll, it was the burger patty itself that was awful. I gave feedback to the waitress, but she didn’t seem too concerned. Stinks because the atmosphere is nice, but we won’t be back. There are much better breweries in the surrounding areas, with much better and same/if not better pricing.

Had an amazing time at 1623 Brewing Company! The atmosphere was great, the drinks were top-notch, and the food paired perfectly. A huge shoutout to Bailey, our server, who made the whole experience even better. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us ever having to ask. Bailey’s service really stood out and made the night extra enjoyable. Highly recommend this place and definitely ask for Bailey when you come!

May 2025: Had a party in the fireplace area with about 30 people. Everything was excellent. Pre-ordered food off of the large group menu as well as the regular menu. All the food came out perfectly and was perfectly arranged on buffet tables. This place is just great for planned gatherings and the staff are very accomodating.

June 2024: Great brewery and a location for a party. We had a private party in the Barrel (beer making area) room and everything worked out perfectly.
The area can hold a max of about 100ppl, we had 75 and rented high top and round tables. Food is catered by Libs Grill and they also did a great job. 1623 handled our use of the space perfectly by allowing us to decorate however we would like as well as allowing us do do final cleanup the morning after.

Wonderful place to host an event. The brewhouse / barrel room is beautiful, the staff was outstanding, they had drink options for everyone and most importantly the coordinator, Cam McKelvin, was responsive, thorough, professional, and such a pleasure to work with!

Went here for the first time for Mother’s Day Brunch. Was very understaffed - we waited for 2hrs for food and then was informed that the kitchen ran out of eggs.
Immediately left, manager comped all of our drinks and apologized for the unpreparedness. Musician was very good and helped keep us entertained.

Friendly service, tasty food, tasty cocktails.

Service was impeccable !

sat at bar 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from male bartender. We eventually got one of the servers Sydney to get us a beer, also Casey helped, but not once did the guy even say 'how is it going', he seemed more concerned hanging out with his friend Food was solid, but small portions Beer was great as always, just can't send people there after being made to feel we don't belong
