Only problem was the floor. I am handicapped and not only did my feet slip but so did my cane. I nearly fell because the floor was greasy slippery all over the customer area. They obviously use the wrong cleaner on the tile. Or they use the same mop on the outer area that they use in the cooking area. That would carry the grease along with it. Combined with using the wrong cleaner, the floor is extremely dangerous. I tried to advise the counter person, but they ignored me. BE CAREFUL!!

DO NOT EAT THERE! I wish I could give "0" star!!! I went there to get 2 whoppers, 2x8pc of nuggets and 1 large fries. When I was about to eat the nuggets there was 1 piece that had a bite. So I went back and talked to a manager (Ty P.) Who was very rude and didn't know how to talk to a customer politely. He told me that he watched and trained a cook in the back so he knew nobody had a bite. "It was apart naturally." He said. But I explained that it was a human bite. If it got apart while being cooked or after still it should have been yellowish meat not clear white meat. He said "The chicken meat is white!" Then he went back and cursed. I got my money back for the chicken nuggets. And I got the phone number of the office number, of course it went straight to a voice mail box. This Burger King needs to educate the manager on the floor FIRST. He needs to learn how to listen to customers instead of trying to show up in front of his own crew there. This is why everyone goes to Chick fil-a for better customer service and food!!!!

ok so me and my friend were at this burger king so what happened was we ordered 2 ice creams and it took 45 MINUTES and no one was at the parking lot and there was 1 person in front of us and 3 people behind us and all of the people behind us got there things when me and my friend were just sitting there and so there was a lady that we were talking to and she was mad at the manager as well because she was just yelling and being mean to everyone and so we asked for our ice cream so we could leave she yelled at us and she called me boy and no respect and the ice cream wasn’t even done and it’s also kinda dirty in there the old manager was really cool though

Some manager lady wouldn’t make me and my friend our ice cream for 30 minutes and when we told her we needed to go so she yelled at us saying “don’t you see I’m trying” and Tons of other people left because she wouldn’t take any other orders and was just doing small things like refilling the cups or just going into the back and not coming back for minutes she was not helping anyone and yelling at people for asking where there food was. And all this supposed “rush” while no one was even in the drive through. she yelled at her employees calling them “dumb” and just not being kind and rude.

This was one of my favorite restaurants, the one on Liberty, but the person who served me today was really annoying, she yelled at me and I felt bad.I would not recommend this location of this restaurant at all.
Food was excellent and workers were very nice. Wasn’t offered a crown so couldn’t be a perfect 5. Would recommend to a friend.

Employees seem to have no work ethic. Food dry and tasted terrible, soda tasted strange. I have had multiple bad experiences with employees being extremely rude. Will not return.
