How in the heck do you miss putting the cheese on a chicken, egg, and CHEESE sandwich? Lol maybe ease up on the morning tokage bud. There's only 3 items on the entire order, let's make sure we go through our checklists 😂

Normally love getting food here, please put cheese on my sandwich that comes with cheese, it's not the same without it. And adding your own cheese from home when the sandwich is already cooled down is even worse..

It's great, but today my order called for 2 plain biscuits and 3 sandwich biscuits, which is 4 lines on the order. I only got 4 biscuits, the 2 count correct but someone may have seen 4 lines and 4 items. The instant reward credit is nice. But it doesn't mean I got home with the right food.

The other week I went through the drive thru at the Eldersburg location. The customer service was top notch! The employee taking orders answered all my questions about the sunjoy refreshers. After I ordered my meal I asked him to pick his favorite sunjoy as a surprise. Well he knocked it out of the park!! Thanks Wave, for the surprise sunjoy it was delicious!!!

The grilled chicken bowl is perfect for breakfast! A side packet of salsa adds a little zing to the morning meal. Staff members are friendly and the restaurant is very well maintained.

Placed an order that included unsalted fries. I specified NO SALT three times before pulling up to the window to pay and collect my food. I asked the cashier to verify that the fries were unsalted and he said “We can’t do no salt fries.” Excuse me, but they’re all unsalted when you pull them out the grease. He gets a manager who says “The operator of the is location does not provide that option!” Unacceptable and unnecessary to take away an option that does not require you to do anything besides SAVING your salt. Won’t be back.

Despite there being pictures of a play area at this location, there is not a play area. I repeat: NO KIDS PLAY AREA AT THIS LOCATION. Big bummer. One of the older workers there was all googley eyed at my kid climbing up the wall while we waited for our food, but hence the need for a play area, so I didn’t even feel bad. We took our food to go and went to a local playground instead.

This will likely be my last visit to this CFA location. For about 7 years I've brought my five children to this location 1-2 times per month. And until today I've overlooked the inconsistent service, the longer than average wait times, and the occasional problem with the food.

At lunch time today - on a Saturday - I took my family through the drive thru after placing an order through the mobile app. I ordered a salad. When I arrived at the p/u the CFA team member said they didn't have any salads, so they were making it. Long story short, I got home and it was a disaster - missing ingredients, 2 nuggets and a lot of crumbs, and half a head of uncut lettuce. No problem. I called the store knowing they'd resolve the problem. The manager immediately became defensive, she told me that I was wrong and that's how CFA's salads are served (even though I've probably had 100s over the years), and each time I tried to explain she interrupted me - raising her voice and yelling at one point. She said that she would make me a new salad and wanted to know when I'd come get it. I instead asked for a refund for the salad - not the rest of the $79 bill - to my mobile app. Without explanation she said that it sounded like I wasn't happy with her solution and wished me a pleasant day before hanging up abruptly.

I gave this CFA the benefit of the doubt dozens of times because their managers have always been great. But if I don't have any faith in their managers when there's a problem -- and there are more problems at this location than any other I've frequented -- then why go here? Service is slow. The food is hit or miss - sometimes cold, sometimes hot. And it's certainly not the economical choice. Now their customer service is aligned with the rest of the operation.
