I haven't eaten at a Chili's in forever, but this was a pleasant experience. It was mainly because of the company and the service. The servers, etc. at this establishment were jovial, professional, and knowledgeable. They were more than willing to ask about anything they didn't know and get extras. A good experience overall!

Mozzarella sticks for huge! The ones with buffalo sauce where men spit the regular ones with marinara was where it's at!

FROZEN RIBS?!?! Yesterday, I dine in and ordered a full rack of ribs meal. The food came out which I was eager to eat. As I started to cut the slab of ribs in half I noticed I was only able to cut half way. I thought to myself maybe I hit a bone I tried to cut it in another spot. Come to find out the slab of ribs were not fully cooked and it was still FROZEN. The bartender was nice to take my food back but I wasn't sure if they were going to re-cook my original slab of ribs or a new slab (most likely another frozen slab). I lost my appetite afterwards and told them there was no need to cook or re-cook another slab of ribs. I didn't order anything else.

We were seated quickly and the server came right over. I had to send back my cold fries. The children's pasta with chicken was dry. All of the food was just ok, not great. My drink was good, but expensive. Unfortunately the happy hour ends at 6 and is only at the bar area.

We went to Chili's in Eldersburg Md to celebrate my daughter graduating from from Dental School. We had a party of 11 or 12. The greeter/ host immediately set up an area for us to dine. Our waitres and servers were awesome. Appetizers delicious. Our food came out quickly with beautiful presentation and everything was delicious 6 Stars. Definitely will be going back again. First timer and everything was outstanding. Special thanks to our waitress Cooks and servers. 👍👍👍👍👍

Was there yesterday with a party of 7 , we all literally had very simple uncomplicated orders ,
The waiter definitely was not feeling us at all , don’t even know his name , he was non attentive , walked super slow because he clearly had an attitude , was asking us for our orders before we were all even seated , kept calling us bro & bruh , stared us down when we asked for refills or extra condiments, “ oh you want more ?” It was a very uncomfortable, weird experience, definitely won’t be coming back .

Been a while since I have been to a Chili's. This experience made me want to come back. Service was prompt and all checks were pure separated using the ziosk system they've implemented. Got the triple Dipper and loved the Nashville hot and Honey chipotle.
