Older woman who works the drive thru needs to learn basic customer service. She never says a word when getting your order, she just hands it to you. No “here you go” No “have a good day” Nothing. Not even a smile. If I was her manager, I would not have someone like that working my window.

The sign at the drive thru advertised a sausage egg and cheese for $3 when purchased with a medium, large, or extra large coffee. When I got to the window the 3 a$$holes working there told me that the medium cold brew with a shot of expresso didn't count as coffee. I said, it's literally iced coffee with a shot of expresso which is more expensive than a cup of coffee... they wouldn't budge and over charged me by $3. I should have thrown the "coffee" in their dot head faces, but I was late for work and needed caffeine.
Cleanest Dunkin I have been in. Excellent customer service.
