My order was totally wrong I ask for creamer with stevia they give me sugar when I called to explain what happened I was hang up on. Then I tried calling back no answer. The rudeness and disrespect was not needed I will never visit this location again.

All food items were made with just enough to say they completed the sale. I frequently stop at multiple locations this was the first time here an the last. Just a few sprinkles of bacon on two avocado toasts. When showed to the manager he put al little more on but it was still less than half what I have come to expect from the other locations. Same thing with the loader hash browns, no ware near what I have received from other near by locations.

Consistently disappointing. I make an online order from my house almost every week to pick up donuts on my way to church. Almost every week, they are not ready with my order, they can’t find my order, I am asked to go park while they finish making the order.I now just expect horrible service and it helps

Morning is better. There is a woman working the window who is the nicest lady every single time.
But tonight my daughter and I came here for bacon egg and cheese croissants, a chocolate chip muffin, and coffee before heading out to shop.
Two sandwiches, a muffin, a medium coffee and a medium latte was $25.50 or around that. Had a $20 and a $10 and now have $4 and some coins. I do not care about the prices typically, it is what it is when it comes to any restaurant. But the bacon egg and cheese croissants each had two pieces of bacon. That’s ridiculous. So go in the morning but not at night is my lesson learned.

just left the place & usually this never happens, me & boyfriend just wanted to get some breakfast & when we ordered he got the order wrong, plus we ordered 2 sides of snackin bacon & they were both cold & raw and grease dripping through the bag i don’t know how that is possible bc im pretty sure the bacon comes already cooked being as i working in the food industry, also we ordered 2 donuts mind you 2 donuts & they only gave us one & we sat there waiting for him to return to tell him we were missing one (we ordered a powdered jelly filled donut) he said okay that he gonna go grab one & he did but as we drove down the road we realized he gave us the WRONG donut, after saying it twice. now i’ve never been the person to ever leave a bad or good review on a place but this was honestly shameful & so terrible! i don’t even think this deserves a 1 star if i could give 0 stars i would. the one meal you don’t mess up for someone is there BREAKFAST!
Very polite staff and kid friendly environment. The workers went out of their way to make my kids laugh. The doughnuts were great as well

Ordered a Iced PSL w/extra flavor, sugar & whipped cream. I knew when my husband handed it to me wasn't right. There was no cinnamon mixture on the whipped cream. The color was very light and you couldn't even see any sugar on the bottom. When I tasted it, it just tasted like coffee. Definitely didn't taste like Pumpkin Spice or the additional flavor I asked for. Definitely won't be stopping here for anymore drinks.

I’m so sad I have to write this because I usually have great experiences here, but this morning when I got my coffee through the drive thru it didn’t taste like it had enough creamer. So I went inside and asked for more. The facial expression I received made me feel like they thought I was crazy. They took my coffee back and brought it out to me a few moments later, looking no different. They lightly shook it up (since i had the lid) and there was zero evidence that more creamer was added. When I said it still didn’t taste right, they said “well we put it in there”. So i left. Obviously my satisfaction wasn’t priority rather an inconvenience.
