My food was not as ordered. Breakfast crepes had only eggs in them, nothing else. Our pancakes that we paid more for did not have any of the toppings in the bag, so we paid extra for plain pancakes.
I don't know what changed recently, but the pancakes are absolutely inedible. They are extremely dense and heavy, flake apart, are overly sweet, and have a disgusting gritty texture. I'm not sure how an IHOP can get pancakes wrong, but here we are.
The staff is always friendly and they always have my pick up orders ready quickly though... but please fix the pancakes!
