My food was not as ordered. Breakfast crepes had only eggs in them, nothing else. Our pancakes that we paid more for did not have any of the toppings in the bag, so we paid extra for plain pancakes.

The server was A++++++++my food was subpar. Fruit cup has two grapes with black dirt and holes on them. My poblano omlet was so awful. The brisket was burned and there was some kind of lumpy turkey gravy on the top. My blueberry pancakes were overcooked. The chef that day should be fired. Thursday November 21 was the date of our visit. There was wet lipstick on my coffee cup!!

Stop at Eldersburg on a whim the food was delicious I had the salmon entree it was well cooked and delicious...the wait staff were constantly in attendance... The facilities were clean and orderly

Don’t come here is you are in a hurry. Be prepared to wait way too long for someone to take your drink order. Don’t finish you drink you will never get a refill. Ask for your check ASAP so you can leave in an appropriate amount of time. Food is good though.

Today we visited iHop (party of 3) and were told we had a 20 minute wait. A few minutes later a couple came in and requested to be sat with a specific waitress. Rather than telling them that was not the way it worked the host proceeded to seat them and completely ignore us. I don't want to blame the host as I feel he was put in an uncomfortable position by the patrons but the waitress should have stepped up in my opinion. This restaurant is too understaffed. We waited an additional 15 minutes and decided to leave because that situation really rubbed us the wrong way. I won't be back at all.

This iHop seems like they have a skeleton crew. We came in on a Friday morning around 11:30 and waited for over 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our presence. The restaurant wasn't even super busy and looked less than half full. We waited a little longer. There were more people waiting behind us too. We unfortunately left because the service was too slow. I can only imagine the rest of the service is just as slow. I don't feel very motivated to return to this iHop. Please don't stretch your employees so thin, it will cause you to lose customers and add stress to your employees.
Parking: Lots of parking spaces around the restaurant.
