Ihop is usually very good but lately it’s been just disappointing.
Service here is slow and food quality is not the same. After waiting almost 30 minutes I believe my order was forgotten, or overlooked I asked for medium poached eggs and I got almost barely cooked eggs. So either they rushed my food when they realized it wasn’t made yet or waitress forgot to mention it when she put order in.
I ended up taking only 2 bites after the undercooked eggs ran all over my plate and that did it for me I couldn’t take another bite and I couldn’t wait for them to remake the food because I had to get to work so I just cancelled the entire order and to top it off they still gave me a bill for the 1 coffee I drank and the 1/2 cup of orange juice I didn’t finish. Don’t know what else to say. Just disappointing

Never fails to a bad experience. Empty tables. Long wait and people walking out. Place needs some changes real bad. Always an issue trying to eat here yet it never gets better.

The food is fairly decent, but the service is extremely disappointing. This location consistently appears understaffed, resulting in wait times exceeding 20 minutes despite the dining area being mostly empty. The front desk attendant was unprofessional and showed little understanding of basic customer service. Due to these ongoing issues, I will not be returning until management makes significant improvements to staffing and overall service quality.

Waited a few minutes at the door to be seated, understandable. However once seated 23min passed and not one server said a word to us. Finally a server said she'd be right with us, she went into the kitchen and out the other side and back into the kitchen. 5 min went by and she never came back but went to another server and tried to get her to assist us. She was busy with another table but at the point I was annoyed got up and left and at that point the second server asked if we are leaving that shed be right with us and I said nope we are leaving.

Everything came hot!
I had the breakfast sampler with strawberry banana topping and Rye toast.

Only thing I did not like were the linked sausages.

We come to this location a few times and the service and food is top notch (kudos to our server Dillon. If i spelled your name wrong, i do apologize). Will be coming here more often. Our closest location in Randallstown had a meltdown amongst staff from the cooks to the servers and we decided to take our business elsewhere.

Always incredibly slow service and the food always comes out cold. I always end up extremely disappointed.

Probably the worst breakfast in a long time. Long wait for food which was luke warm. Crepes were like mini taco shell, tasteless and overdone, bacon really greasy, fruit scarce, maybe 3 little pieces of banana and the other 1 strawberry cut into 5 pieces. and only $42 plus tip. Last time there. Others were still waiting for food 45 minutes!
