Ordered take out food and they forgot to pack one dish. I asked for a refund, and they agreed to refund. It's been 4 weeks, I am tired of calling and reminding everytime. Employee says only the owner can refund, while the owner neither trusts the employee to issue refund nor calls back himself to refund. Unethical practice.
Other than that, food was ok, ambiance was good, high priced and understaffed.

First time going here and it was great! The service was very pleasant the decor was nice. The chi tea is a must try and the food was delicious! Will definitely be going back!

Vegetarian options: I did see they have a vegetarian selection on their menu also

Kid-friendliness: They have a small kids menu but the portions are big enough you could also share with your child and still have enough food

This place is a must stop and have. Food was awesome....definitely have to try the butter masala...no matter what meat preference. The Naan was buttery and flakely....had to order extra to take home. Ask for Plino...he is awesome and will bend over backwards to make sure your visit is the best.

We could taste sugar in Dal Makhani. Chicken kadhai and zafrani chicken tikka was just not upto the mark, usually we have had better chicken and Dal anywhere else. We have seen difference on the menu pricing and final bill/receipt we get. Be careful as they mentioned we don't offer menu at the final billing just because we can confirm the pricing is different. It usually won't take alot of time to print the menu but it has been like this for a while as they mentioned. Pina colada was also very disappointing. Tandoori Dumplings were disappointing.
We did not have issues with service it was okay.

We love this restaurant! The food is phenomenal, the service is always impeccable and the atmosphere is very pleasant. We always wonder why it’s not more crowded. Run, don’t walk, to this gem of a restaurant. Thank you, Plino!

We stopped in for dinner early on a Saturday at about 4:00 p.m. there were two groups of diners in the restaurant at that time, including us. Service was a little slow, but considering the staff was setting up for a large party later in the evening, it was quite understandable. While there was a slight delay in some dishes, everything arrived hot and delicious. The delay was quite understandable considering that the staff were setting up for this later party. The food was delicious as always and the cocktails were very tasty. We love Kinara for both take out and eat in, and will continue to return.

Hubby and I came here for a "date night" without the kids. It was absolutely wonderful. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. My husband requested an item that was not listed on the menu, and they not only brought it to us, but it was compliments of the house. The chicken jalfrezi was rich and flavorful. The most addictive dish you'll ever try is the gobi Manchurian! We are excited to come back for the buffet another day. Thanks Kinara!
