They sent my order to the wrong window and wanted me to backup in a full drive thru line. Then they gave my order to the car in front of me. They returned the order. When I reached the window, they tried to give me the same order that was just returned. I requested a new sandwich. When it arrived, the server was texting on her phone as she had me my order. I will NEVER RETURN. I hope my review helps future guests make better decisions.

Absolute garbage across the board. Any reviews that say otherwise are lying. Never again will I go to this McDonald's.
The food is never ever ready when you pull up to the window. So, they tell you to go wait in a parking spot. Tonight the staff wouldn't bring our food to the car because it was raining (It's not my fault that you sent us to wait in a parking spot). I went inside after waiting 10 minutes for our food. $40 in food was sitting on the counter. No apology, no greeting, no one even acknowledged me. When I asked if I could take the food the MANAGER shrugged his shoulders.
If there had been a problem, there wouldn't be anyone to take it up with anyway as no one speaks English. And the staff has never been trained on how to interact with customers. And no employees care about their job or have any pride in their work.
On top of all of this, I watched TWO elderly customers slip on their tile floor because the staff didn't put out the "piso mojado" sign, nor did they mop up the water. As a result the wet tile floor was more dangerous than Diddy.
Cherry on top? Not for my niece. I purchased a mango smoothie for her, but it was only filled 3/4 of the way.
Customers giving this location 5 stars need to raise their standards slightly higher. If you pay that much for a sack meal, you ARE entitled to fast, professional service, certain level of hospitality, and at least average food quality.
Makes sense why your quarterly earnings reports missed their target in Q3. Can't wait for a lovely red head named Wendy to come to town in a few weeks.

This particular McDonald's has a play area for kids and it's the only one that im aware of since most removed the play area during covid and most never replaced the kids play area, my Great Grandson enjoyed it immensely,

The McDonald’s in Eldersburg stands out as one of the best locations I’ve visited. Unlike many fast-food places, this one truly cares about its customers. The food is consistently fresh and well-prepared, and the staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. It’s rare to find a McDonald’s that delivers both quality food and a great customer experience, but this location does just that. Highly recommend!

This is probably the worst McDonalds I have been to. The older man collecting money in the morning is the only one with anything on the ball. The most ridiculous thing is that you can’t just pull up to the speaker box and order $5 meals. You have to go to Burger King or Wendy’s to do that. My parents don’t use the food apps and they weren’t able to order the meal deals. Guess we’ll be going somewhere else.
I get that I am ordering subpar fast food but it could at least come out hot after I have to wait for it. And it would also be nice if you got the order correct. I don't think that the manager cares or is willing to help.

I have been going to this mcdonalds for several weeks due to it being close to my work.As someone who has been a Assistant Store Manager for both a franchise and corporate Mcdonalds I have to say this Mcdonalds is probably the worst one I have seen in awhile. Wait times up to 20 mins in the drive through,lying about the system being down because they want to close early,trash left outside and uncleanliness inside,cold food ,undercooked food especially the fries the list goes on and on Corporate needs to take this store from the franchisee and fire everyone inside incompetence and laziness is always a recipe for low quality service and this location scrapes the bottom of the barrel .

The service was the worst today, the Asian worker who took customers inside, he totally ignored us for quite a while and it wasn't even busy and when he finally came over he was very rude. He should not be working with customers, put him in the back away from customers. If he is there on a regular basis, I will go to Burger King from now on.
