Great food as always and awesome servers. Our server, Maggie, took the time to help me understand menu, especially what was on the item I wanted. I have a learning disability and she took the time to break down the item I was looking for without me feeling pressured. She was kind and checked on my family and I every so often. We come to Oscar’s a lot, but she’s one of the first servers I’ve had anywhere that has taken the time to help slow things down and make it understandable.
We showed up at Oscars in Woodstock with no warning on a Sunday. There were 16 soccer players and parents. The staff handled things beautifully. The food was great. The girls had a blast in the indoor/outdoor room. I highly recommend this restaurant!!
I have been many times and servers were pleasant until today. Poor service, from (Stephanie T) a coupon, didn’t know it was expired because they come monthly. They refused to take the coupon instead of saying, we will do it this time. Also not enough gravy for entree want more need to charge for it. I never been treated this rude.
