Came here to try and have a meal and do some work midday- the wifi is almost nonexistent when you are on it and you definitely cannot attend any virtual meetings. I barely was able to open google maps to write this review- the internet is trash, like 2000 AOL dial up. Really disappointing as Panera used to cater to business folks dining and sitting in.
A whole salad and iced tea without a tip is $11.96 after tax. The portion sizes are small for that price. Will not be returning for the small portions and crappy wifi.

90 minutes late to bring us our catering order. They didn't contact us to say they would be late. We had to order pizza to feed our conference attendee's. When they food finally arrived it was wrong. Never will use them again.

I recently visited the Panera Bread location in Eldersburg and had an unfortunate experience. I specifically requested no tomatoes on my sandwiches due to an allergy, yet upon arriving home, I discovered that my order still contained tomatoes. As a result, I was unable to consume the sandwiches, and they had to be discarded.
This level of carelessness is disappointing, especially considering the health risk involved. I would appreciate a full refund for my order and expect that this oversight will be addressed to prevent future issues.

I just love going to Panera Bread. Their food is so healthy and such a pleasure to eat. The staff behind the counter are always so helpful and so smart in their field. You can ask them any questions, and they know the answer and never get tired of you asking anything. Definitely give it a try!?? Treena Jones ps The young lady behind the counter wrote down on my receipt what the salad was called so I can order it again without trying to remember.
Vegetarian options: You can order something that isn't vegetarian, like it has grilled chicken on it, and for me, they took the grilled chicken off and added extra avocado.
Dietary restrictions: You can tell them about ANY allergies you have, and they will put it in the system every time you are in there.
It's too cold inside, the ac vents it seems like no matter where we sat were blowing right on us. When I was younger I would have loved it but I'm in blood thinners & it's hard to enjoy a meal while sitting in a freezer ?

I love our eldersburg Panera!! I like to bring my kids here to hang out and eat a cookie or bagel. The staff are great too.
The past few times we've ordered online from this location, they've forgotten to put three of the sides in our bag, and completely ignored the modifications to at least one of our sandwiches each time we've gone.One time, I couldn't even eat my sandwich because they ignored my dairy allergy and smothered it in the cream based sauce I had asked them to omit. I don't usually right reviews, but im tired of paying for food they forget to give me.
