I love our eldersburg Panera!! I like to bring my kids here to hang out and eat a cookie or bagel. The staff are great too.

The past few times we've ordered online from this location, they've forgotten to put three of the sides in our bag, and completely ignored the modifications to at least one of our sandwiches each time we've gone. One time, I couldn't even eat my sandwich because they ignored my dairy allergy and smothered it in the cream based sauce I had asked them to omit. I don't usually right reviews, but im tired of paying for food they forget to give me.

Whoever advised Panera Bread to discontinue their Teriyaki chicken bowl needs to be fired. The enhancement to the avocado melt was a miss!! Hardly any avocado, and taste tangy. They need to go back to the drawing board with their menu

Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli is the best. The cashier Brooke is very nice. She needs her own tip

Not sure what is going on here but a cup of mac and cheese is barely 1/3rd of the 'cup' full (at msot 4 spoon fills for a large). They have cut the bread with soup down to one little piece. Seems post-covid they have decided to shrink their sizes and double their prices. What a rip-

Seems like a good location! We got a Baker's Dozen of bagels and a pastry cake to-go order to share for a family brunch. I enjoyed a coffee from here as well - it's serve-yourself style, but they had almond milk available to add, so I didn't mind at all.

Good food as always, even though a bit overpriced. The one thing I wish this location could improve on is on the service side. When I place a Rapid Pick-up order and the APP tells me it’s ready, when I walk in to pick it up it should be ready for me! This rarely happens at this location and I have to wait an additional 5 minutes before my bag makes an appearance.

Kinda clean lunch break. Stopped by on my way to pharmacy. Was going to eat here but then decided to take my food to go. I actually only went in for the water but saw the croissant and Greek yogurt parfait. Fruit looked fresh.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accommodates any walking or rolling disability.

Recommended dishes: Croissant, Bottled Water, Greek Yogurt with Mixed Berries Parfait

First time to this location and it was disappointing. Out of bear claws and bread bowls for soup. I wouldn’t have left my house had I know they would be out of what I was going for. They also don’t have kiosks to order on, so you have to order from a cashier.

Mobile ordered a sandwich. It was ready and waiting when I got there. Fast and convenient.

In my opinion, the food is terrible and the prices are outlandish. Everything else is good.
