Over the last two times I placed an order, I had the pleasure of being helped by Caleb and Brayden. They where both attentive to my order and making sure it was perfect. They where also very friendly along with the other cooks that they work with.
I have an issue with Pizza Hut but its not with the service or my food. Its the Corporate who expect them to work understaffed. Its the Corporate who wants us to pay 12 dollars for 6 wings, or 25 dollars for one Pizza. I know other customers have issues with the restaurant but I'm not going to stand there and yell at the workers who I'm sure do not get paid enough for the bull crap.

I had an issue with my order and told the boy working about it. He apologized and offered to remake it. Then the general manager apologized to me as well while I waited. He then offered me a cookie. I have never had a restaurant treat me so well and do so much to make it right. 10/10 will be back.

I am taking the time to really provide a shout out to everyone at this Pizza Hut.
We have been here several times, and have always appreciated the service and food. The workers have always gone above and beyond. See my reviews, this doesn't always happen. AND this has never happened for a chain store, as I hunt for good food, and this is a pizza place.
That said, the food has been good, but the service has amazed. WE messed up the order this time, and the staff just said they would correct it. AND they did. The food was great, and the service was unbeatable. The people here care, and that is something we don't often find at chain store. That means that management here cares, and I can't emphasize enough how much I would encourage people to get food here.
There is no better time to have this encounter. We are impacted by the shutdown, and will likely not be going out to eat till after it resolves. We want to shout out amazing effort by local businesses and encourage others to go here too.

Thank you to Candy at Pizza Hut in Eldersburg. I thought I ordered online and when I went to pick it up it didn’t show up in their system. She made my order and didn’t charge me. Candy has great customer service skills and a true gem.

Ordered 3 pizzas for delivery. 2 were soggy and the 3rd was incorrect. Had to look up the number as it was not on the receipt. Called 2 times letting it ring 10 or more times before busy signal. 3rd time finally an answer. Seems like a LOT of reviews this way. The manager stated that the pizza were to be soggy, then when challenged, he blamed Door Dash- not their fault, certainly not sending the wrong pizza. Claimed he couldn't do a refund, this was his regionals job, he wouldn't be in until morning. He assured me it would be taken care of. I also had written a complaint on their website AND did a survey through an email I received. It has now been 4 business days and no response AND NO REFUND. I had to go through my bank and dispute the charge, which I received through the bank. Pizza Hut in Eldersburg is absolutely disgraceful.. You are better off going to Ledo's, or Sonny's , or Genova's or any other pizza place. Beware, it seems like I am not the only one with this issue. I had since sent several more requests for corporate to contact me and they still have not. This tells me either they don't care or they have so many complaints, they cant/wont return the request. Your guess is good as mine.

This place sucks ever since they moved from the old location. I have never had a good pizza from here yet. Figured I'd try again the other day for some reason my pizza was delivered by doordash, Luke warm at best after they drove around for 30mins with my pizza not even in a pizza bag to keep it warm, and the cinnabons didn't even have icing on them. Call the restaurant for 10mins and no one answers the phone. No thanks!

I love all pizzas. Each company is special in its own way, but you could never go wrong with pizza hut..they got rid of the previous manager and it went downhill. This pizza is lousy...I think they put 1/3 the regular AMT of cheese. The sausage taste different..and there wasn't enough sauce.
I ordered a medium thin crust with green peppers and onions. When I got the pizza home, it was JALAPENOS and onions. I wasn't calling or going back, because it was icy out. I will never return to that Pizza Hut ever again. Perhaps their employees need to be taught the difference between a green pepper and a JALAPENO pepper.
