Popeyes in Eldersburg needs to be shut down. Visibly angry workers in the drive through, food came cold and tasted funny. Forgot half my order in the drive through, when I came back they wanted more money for it. Would not recommend.

Good place the Mexican manager, he was very kind to me, without a doubt the best service both in quality, food and hospitality, thank God !!! I will definitely come back more often

I just went inside to the order for the first time and it’s SPOTLESS inside! The bathroom is the cleanest public restroom I’ve seen in years. The people who work in here are extremely nice too.

The best restaurant in Eldersburg. I came here for lunch, and the staff was very friendly and my food was fresh. I'll definitely be returning to this Popeye.

I don't know what they do to make the chicken better than at many Popeyes, but this Popeyes should be studied

I usually love Popeyes. But Eldersburg people don’t shop here, unless you wanna have the people in the drive through get snappy with you because they forgot your red beans and rice which we went back for didn’t notice they also forgot a fry which I didn’t notice till I got home, didn’t mix our frozen lemonade taste is off, the consistency is off, they didn’t give us forks or spoons then accused us of already having the item when we had to come back through the drive through didn’t just don’t come here.

I got two of the 2 can dine deal. One of them I asked for Cole slaw. Came home to have lunch. And the Cole slaw was slimy and it smelled like it was going bad already. I tried to call them to let them know. That they might want to check their food and see when was it last made.

I'd give this spot 3.5 bordering 4 stars if half stars were allowed, placing it on the higher end of "good" fast food places around town. I hadn't eaten at a Popeyes in a few years, so this satisfied my craving to dip those fries into the mashed potatoes and gravy. Note: it snowed four days ago and the parking lot still wasn't plowed, so I wouldn't recommend doing anything but the drive thru right now, which had a melted path. I certainly wouldn't try to walk in the parking lot. They put an extra meal on my order, which probably came from my being hard to understand with my cold, but my dog ended up being happy with the extra meal. They forgot to give us straws, but luckily I had some. The spicy chicken tenders were pretty good. The fries and mashed potatoes were very good. No complaints there! The biscuits were sadly smaller and harder than I remember, and hard to eat this time, even after dipping them in gravy. Drinks tasted fine. I was happy with the amount of sauces they gave us, a rarity in fast food these days. The drive thru personnel were prompt and professional. Overall, a solid experience and I'll be back again. This will probably be my Popeyes location of choice. But there are a couple new chicken spots opening up around town, so this place will soon face some competition.

Terrible service today at 4:00 I ordered no mayo on my sandwich and got plenty of it. I ordered 2 Barbecue sauces paid extra for them and got none. employees don't pay attention will not visit again

Food is awful, rarely all the way cooked, staff seems more interested in playing grab ass than they do preparing a fully cooked meal. It ain't rocket science, this place needs a new crew.
