Roast beef was mushy and wet, chicken was awful (tasted like it was sitting for days). BBQ sauce was watered down. Very, very disappointed.

I like their breakfast sandwiches I like your breakfast fries, but every time I go there the breakfast Fries taste like they’ve been sitting there all morning. They’re never fresh.. If I’m going to spend almost $11 on a meal, I want the Breakfast fries to at least be fresh. This is every time I go there I never fresh at all.. everything else is fine

It's really a shame food is horrible there. Me and my coworkers give it a try time after time and waste our money and throw it in the trash. The management team really needs to be let go. Change at the top needs to happen, for quality control to get better

We drove all the way from northeast Baltimore, chicken & fries was nice & fresh so was the chicken stripes didn't really like the onions rings they were to greasy but over all good experience!

The manager likes to loudly proclaim for all to hear that veterans don't receive a discount, only active duty. There is no need to embarrass veterans.
Ordered a roast beef for lunch was nasty like it wasn't heated up or nothing plus drive thru cashier basically snatched my card then push it back into my hand drink the same way I say by pass the roast beef and the drive thru loved Roy Rogers but they done list a good customer

First time ordering and it was horrible. Did an online order and pulled up for the pick up. They told me they didnt have my order and when I showed the app and that it charged me they said well your just going to have to order it again !! why would I reorder something you never gave me in the first place !!! Not even a refund I mean like come on

Really? 630 pm, dinner hour and no chicken?? the outside speaker doesn't work for drive thru, why even be open? last 3 times, no chicken, i assumed it was a fluke, 3 times youre out, I'll never come back.
