I was at the drive thru and was met with the best customer service from a Starbucks employee I ever had. Laura was a gem really made the interaction personable. Sometimes you need that in the morning makes your day.

I just want to shoutout to the crew at this Starbucks. I have been coming here regularly for about a year and I truly appreciate their consistency in the drinks, and the customer service. Everyone that works there is on point. They have the true, old school Starbucks charm that many Starbucks’ have lost. Thanks for always being awesome!

Girl with the bright red lipstick at the drive thru window has literally the worst attitude, says nothing when you pull up and was scratching the inside of her nose when getting my change…absolutely disgusting, I asked her for a straw and she completely ignored me and then asked again and looked at me like I was Beneath her I’ve been to this one before and the others have always been super nice and respectful this girl though…absolutely rude and needs to not be working in customer service.

The baristas are always super nice and friendly and considering the drive thru is always busy customers inside are always served very quickly. I come here to study all the time and the wifi always works great.
Been coming for years and the staff is great. I always get a cup of ice for my wife, but isn’t on the menu so I always have to ask for it. But many of them know this and ask me if I need one before I ask for it. That’s what great service is all about!

Usually have a great experience, but I let them know that my drink was incorrect and the girl, who apparently made it, fought back and denied so hard lol. Didn't appreciate her throwing a cup of syrup down, but oh well. The girl running the drive-thru was very kind.

Normally I’m very happy with this Starbucks. But my last 3 visits have all been very disappointing. Twice I had drinks made wrong and once I was given the wrong drink order entirely. All I’ve wanted this season was a good Peppermint Mocha, but I had to go elsewhere to get it made correctly. Idk what happened with my most recent one, it tastes stale and watery, which is not the norm. I’m hoping this location can get back to their normal quality soon.

Other Starbucks should take tips from this Starbucks' manager and employees. It can't be a coincidence that this Starbucks has consistently maintained a much higher quality for my drinks, egg white bites, and service/cleanliness for like 5 yrs. I drive farther for this one over the two near my house.

Typically, I love this Starbucks but I had an annoying experience this past visit. I ordered an iced brown sugar shaken oatmilk espresso which is my go-to drink as I was running errands. When I waiting, I heard the lady (she was so nice and wonderful) tell the guy who was making my drink that he put a lot of ice in it. He proceeded to shrug and say “oh well.” Once I was handed my drink, I was shocked with literally how much ice was in it. Since I was in a rush, I did’t get the chance to ask for a new one. But since I used to work at Starbucks (funny enough, I worked at this same location) I know how the measurements work, that there are literal recipe cards all over the store, and the amount lines are printed on the shaker. Am I knit picking? Maybe. But how hard is it to just follow the rules instead of barely putting any actual espresso in the drink. It tasted gross. Furthermore, this guy’s attitude was rude and he blatantly showed he didn’t care in front of the customer. Whoever the girl was who rang me up and gave me my drink, you are awesome and super sweet! She made my visit personable which aligns with Starbucks’ values.
