Best and freshest bread of any one I've ever been to, subs are structured correctly not just jammed in, meat proportions are perfect, and amazing team behind the counter. The veggies are nicely cut, you won’t find big chunks of onions or green pepper in your sandwich.

This subway does NOT honor any subway coupons. Customers be warned you will pay full price for your meals here. I do not recommend eating here.

Subway offers "freshly sliced" in 3 different places... I found these advertisements posted in 3 separate places (on the glass outside the store, inside on glass that houses the pre-cut, uncovered sliced meats, and on the wall. Wow. "Freshly sliced does not mean "sliced, in front of u" (like Jersey Mike's). Interestly, I was informed that it is possible to have, "as advertised, freshly sliced meats" before 11 AM. Ummm, what time do they open? WHY, is it not posted on the 3 advertisements? I think Subway is trying to keep up with the other sub shops that DO freshly slice the meats in front of u. It is the same ole, same ole Subway...lunch meat, pre-sliced, in a metal bin, left open to air...having the customer wondering, "How fresh is this meat?" Falling terribly short, Subway is, on their advertisement!

I when to this location with my elderly mobility limited father with a Subway issued coupon. They would not redeem the coupon as issued by Subway, but gave their list of subs you could pick. The Subway coupon clearly stated what subs were to be available with this coupon. This Subway location does not redeem coupons as printed by Subway, but their version. So the premium subs, as listed on the Subway coupon, are only redeemed at this location with a less expensive menu item. I will not waste my time going to this location again, and you should not.

Whatever you do , don’t come here !!!! Drive the few extra minutes to Walmart or Westminster ! This location used to be my favorite with nice staff , cleanliness and hospitality, but something changed:( I Just go to jersey mikes or another subway , this one has lost its touch?

This is my favorite Subway location! I live in Westminster and drive out of my way to come to this Eldersburg location. The restaurant is always clean and organized and all of the staff that I’ve encountered are fun, efficient, friendly, and well mannered! I absolutely love coming here and will consistently return. :)

Clean shop with fresh ingredients, but very slow service. With only 4 people in line, it took me 25 minutes to get one footlong. Speed it up for a better rating.

This location lost a customer. I ordered a 3-foot party sub a week ago and upon pick-up the staff didn't have a clue about my order today. The staff was slow, ineffective, and inexperienced (I watched the lack of skill in the assembly line while I waited). The three guys were confused and frazzled, reaching over each other and the ingredients and were totally disorganized. Not the "sandwich artist" assembly line service expected from this chain.Not a single one of the three employees had any customer service skills. They just said there was no party sub made and they couldn't do that so I asked if they could put together a platter in the next few hours. They communicated poorly that they couldn't do a catering order. They were silent and just stared at me not having the skill to even guess as how to solve the problem. I had to scramble to a Plan B despite planning well ahead of time for my party. Not sure sure if there is new ownership, but this franchise is a mess. Never again.

Clean and friendly. I’d definitely visit again.Looks like a new owner took over this Subway, and they are often present when I go. Not sure why some recent reviewers complaining about changes in employees. It’s pretty common to see some changes when a new owner takes over.

I ordered the veggie pattie sub (mobile order) and was given bread with lettuce. This happens every time I order from here.

I strongly recommend AGAINST getting a meatball sub here. I've had 3 in the past few months that have either been cold, the meatballs taste stale or the sauce is sour and nauseating. I'm giving three stars solely for otherwise relative cleanliness and friendly staff.
