I was just here to oder a half of tuna sub meal. The male that came out of the rear of store didn't understand English quite well. He had little tuna in his container and attempted to scrape out what was left. I ask for full scoops of tuna and he thought I said 4 scoops which is a extra charge. I told him that I am not asking for extra but I just want a regular scoop. I asked if he could fill his container up with fresh tuna so I could get what is due on the sandwich. He began to raise his voice at me. I asked for manager and he said there isn't any. I put the items back on the counter and left without buying. Don't be rude to the customer because you don't understand English.

Employee initiated the two subs were ready for pick up for me and my wife. The bread was baking right when I came in at the schedule pick up time, adding on another 30-45 minutes. Needs to be a way for the store to refund orders if the orders aren’t ready, and the store marks them as ready for pick up. Store wouldn’t refund order to a gift card either for order total. I would go to the other Subway near Katana

Ordered from subway app and get there at the allotted time they gave me. We get there and he said he hasn't even started the order because they didn't have any bread except Flatbread because he was about to close. It's currently 7pm and they don't close til 9pm. So I ended up having to settle for Flatbread but why he choosing to close 2 hours sooner is beyond me and choosing to not make any more bread. He also put tomatoes on my sub when I didn't order that and didn't notice and I can't have tomatoes cuz of my stomach issues.

Was on a 30 min lunch break and waited 10-15 minutes and no one came to help me. I could hear them in the back and was trying to request assistance and no one would help me. I left and went to the next Subway store.

I go when they’re open, the doors are unlocked and someone is in there, and they tell me they’re closed. This had happened a few times with me and me fiancé. I’m not even going to try coming here anymore. Honestly I think the worker is lazy and she doesn’t want to work. Very upsetting. I wish there was a 0 star option lol

Good value and friendly staff. The only problem that I have with them is that they don't stick to their hours. Store hours claim that they open at 9:00 am so I thought I'd go there and pick up something for lunch later in the day. I've visited three times after 9:00 am and gone away empty handed. Two visits at around 9:10 (store was still closed). Next time I went 9:15 and the store was open! Unfortunately when I went in, none of the ingredients had been put out yet. I was told I'd have to wait a few minutes for her to set up and I was in a rush. Please either change your hours to open at 9:30 or wake up a bit earlier.

My family and I went a couple of Sundays ago. We had a coupon for three foot long subs . The employee did not listen to my wife who said several times to make the second sub a foot long for our kids. Then, it was our turn, the sub he was making wasn't correct and while he was making it, he totaled up the bill (he scanned coupon) which was nearly $30. I had stated to him that was not correct , his response : so, no toppings? We left and went to Jersey Mikes. I sent an email to Subway corporation and haven't had a response yet. This tells me they do not care. The last time we were in this Subway was 2018 and we had issues then.

I had an amazing time here! I spent about 25 minutes at the register while the card system wouldn't work! Then the employee suggested I send the store owner money over transfer as that was the only other option! Delicious!

Do yourself of favor and if you need Subway, drive down to exchange drive. This Subway either messes up orders, the rare show up before my online order was even completed and still somehow be ice cold, or they put next to nothing on the sandwiches.For example, my wife ordered the oven roasted chicken breast from this location when it was still on the menu. Every other subway uses 2 pieces for a footlong. This location however has constantly used 1 cut down the middle. Today, 5 meatballs on a footlong sub. Last time I come to this location.
