The young girl Mina/nina young Hispanic girl with braces and glasses who’s normally at the drive through window. Gives me the worst ever service!! I come here 2-3 times a week and when I’m there and there’s other employees in the window everything is respectful and smooth and easy! I don’t care for writing reviews at places but this young lady makes my experience at this location horrible!! The interaction with her through the mic and coming to the window she is rude , condescending & hates her job clearly. she needs to be talked to and I’m African American, feels like she is prejudice towards me everytime I visit and she also rolls her eyes when she sees me everytime.

Ordered from this store today and was extremely disappointed. Normally the food from this taco bell is completely acceptable, but sadly not the case today. Order was wrong, items requested to be off were on, items paid extra for were not on. Crunchwrap was basically empty and tasted what I imagine cardboard to taste like. Taco supreme was not edible. Not even sure that was beef on there, but some other strange substance. Do not go here on Sundays I guess? 😔

I come here a lot and will continue to come here because i dont want to drive to another taco bell, however every single time i order they mess it up. I order 10 chicken nuggets and they give me 5. I order 5 tacos and they give me 3, i order a combo box and they forget my nachos fries cheese dip. I swear its always something and i use the drive through. I dont like correcting the workers because i feel like they are judging me every time. But the food itself is good!

I ordered through Door Dash. It has so far been 90 minutes. The door dash driver arrived at the restaurant within 20 minutes of my order and have been there for over an hour and the food is still not ready.
