This Wawa is great! Until, you (male) need to use the bathroom. It’s the dirtiest public bathroom I’ve seen in years! There’s feces and urine in the bowl on the seat and floor. It looks like no staff have cleaned it in years!The faucet barely puts out enough water to wash your hands AND the only way to dry your hands is on your own jeans since the air dryer doesn’t work.I asked for a manager but he was busy and couldn’t talk. I didn’t take pictures because nobody should need to see that mess!!I would have gotten a sandwich but lost my appetite.

The GM of this store needs to be fired immediately. He REFUSED TO HELP the only women in the deli as there where about 10 people waiting on food myself included. One woman was working on getting sizzlis out and she was bouncing between coffee and ordered drinks.I hope this gets seen by the right people cause enough is enough, I hear it’s a daily issue.

Idk who the one guy is that makes the milkshakes and smoothies today but he needs to be retrained , me and my daughter got a strawberry milkshake and a strawberry cheesecake milkshake and were very disappointed the consistency was too thick like ice cream and couldn’t be sipped through a straw , (luckily we had boba tea straws at home) and he didn’t even bother mixing the strawberry syrup or the graham cracker crumbs . Guess I have to go home and put it in the blender myself , I’m really glad I didn’t do DoorDash today because I would be pissed if I paid double the price to receive this . I hate when the usual milkshake ppl are off work. Also found a couple of peppermint and chocolate chips in my strawberry cheesecake milkshake. Never again !!

Some Wawas take cigarette coupons and some don’t. Most Wawas are clean, and quickly made fresh food, get some gas and get down the road! I love one stop spots. Nowadays it’s all about convenience!
Their subs CRUSH subway on quality and the had free air for my flat tire! Inside was clean and easy to navigate

Ordered a pickup order last evening… ham and egg panini I bought didn’t have ham and one of the quesadillas had parchment paper inside. I know they don’t put items in a bag for ordered food but you’d think they would for a pick up order… the lady said “you might want to grab a bag and they called your name for drinks a while ago.” Kinda rude and not happy about the paper left in the food. The rest of the food tasted great and was made well. Love coming here but the quality is going downhill.

Bad customer service, especially from who I think is the manager his attitude gave other staff attitudes. Shows when he’s overwhelmed in the morning and acts like everything is an inconvenience for him.

I believe I am specially targeted at this Wawa when I go to buy gas and cigarettes. I am treated differently from other customers and made to wait long periods of time and I can hear two employees talk negatively about me and whoever I'm with making some racial remarks too. They are tabitha and Ali . Something needs to be done asap
