Absolutely Perfect Catering has done an exceptional job catering my last two corporate events and I’m excited to work with them again for a third event. The food was exceptional, the staff is friendly and professional, and we received positive feedback from our attendees. We had our wedding catered by Absolutely Perfect catering. It Absolutely made our wedding. To this day (wedding was in 2013), my family and friends still remember the amazing food. We had everything, including cake, done by a phenomenol set of professionals. Kim, if you're still there, you were the most phenomenol coordinator ever! Our wedding was absolutely amazing!

At a company event. Horrible food. Poor girls ordered dairy free and got a salad with feta cheese. That definitely wasn't absolutely perfect for her. Horrible

We loved our experience with APC for our anniversary reception. From planning to execution, their staff was professional, supportive, and generally just wonderful. We appreciated how transparent they were with their prices, and how flexible they were with our needs, ideas, and questions along the way. Most importantly, the food was fantastic.

We had two tastings with them, the first one was so easy and not at all overwhelming. Despite them having so many options, they didn’t overwhelm us with decisions, but helped us figure out what we want by asking really insightful questions to help us find our way. At our second meeting, they were so seamless and the food was so good that we could really see our event come to life.

Their day-of support was amazing. The entire staff was professional, timely, attentive, and fun. The team truly made our event successful. They assigned dedicated servers to us — and our parents — so that we could maximize our time with friends and family during cocktail hour, dinner, and on the dance floor. We appreciated how they seemed to anticipate our needs before we even knew them—nobody ever went without a drink and everyone had a great time!

Our party was a great success thanks to APC. Everyone was impressed with the setup as well as the food. The APC staff was very accommodating. A great time was had by all.
We will definitely call on APC for our next event.

As an experienced wedding and event planner, I’ve worked with many catering teams, but Absolutely Perfect Catering truly lives up to its name—absolutely perfect. The communication with Veronica and her team was seamless, and I genuinely felt like we were partners throughout the entire process. The quality of their food, presentation, and service was exceptional, and the couple couldn’t have been happier.

I also want to thank Rebecca for her impeccable service to the couple and their families. She was so attentive and a real joy to work with, ensuring everyone felt cared for throughout the evening.

What impressed me even more was their breakdown process—it was the fastest and most efficient I’ve ever experienced. Everything was completed to perfection, leaving the venue spotless and ready on time. When I work with APC again, I will request this exact team. Absolutely Perfect made wedding planning a lot easier. They are responsive and knowledgeable. On the day of, they were very efficient and kind. Patty made sure everything went according to our timeline, and the caterers were so kind! They made sure I always had a full drink and never needed anything.
And the food was great! Multiple people told me it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. I definitely recommend them!

Absolutely Perfect catered our Anniversary Party. The food, and pre-event and event service matched their name perfectly! Having Amber there to offer suggestions and recommendations, and to bounce ideas off of with made my event planning an easier task. She and her team offered attentive service to our guests and us. With her coordinating with the DJ as the night unfolded, enabled me to enjoy myself and eat. The food was delicious! Nearly a month later, our guests are still telling us how good the food was. They are absolutely the perfect choice.

Absolutely Perfect is the right name for this catering service. I work for Citizens Ballroom in Frederick and I had the honor of working with absolutely perfect. From how fast and efficient the team was to how amazingly delicious the food was, working with them was an absolute pleasure. I want to give a shout out to Veronica and Phil. They made the night go by so smoothly. The flip from ceremony to reception was one of thee fastest flips I’ve done and dinner service went off without a hitch. Anyone looking for an experienced catering service for ANY of your events I definitely recommend absolutely perfect! And a special shout out to the bartenders! They had all the guests happy and lit!

Cannot recommend APC highly enough!! Leading up to our wedding, Sarah went above and beyond to answer every question I had and help make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it, even at the last minute. On our wedding day, APC made sure my husband and I constantly had whatever we needed. They were always checking in to see if we'd gotten enough food, needed more drinks, etc. At the end of the night, they sent us home with more appetizers and desserts in addition to some of our cake, which was a nice surprise! Our guests also loved the food and signature drinks (which my husband, who is very picky about his mojitos, thought were amazing). We've received so many compliments and are so happy with APC's services!

At the recommendation of one of our neighbors/friend, this past summer we contacted Absolutely Perfectly Catering (APC) to provide their service for an upcoming event we were hosting (a surprise 90th birthday party for a beloved family member) with nearly 60 guests. We had the pleasure of previously attending two separate functions (an engagement party and wedding) which were catered by APC.

We couldn't have been more pleased with this decision; they exceeded our expectations. It began with our interface with their Senior Event Designer, Sarah--exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, gracious and a joy to work with. Her recommendations (for food, drinks, serving, etc.) fit our needs exactly and the feedback from the guests reinforced our satisfaction with our decision to go with APC.

The two servers they assigned to our home in support of our function (Murtha and Danielle) were an absolute delight. They arrived early, did a beautiful job in setting up the food, served and replenished the food as needed, were polite and interfaced comfortably with our guests, cleaning up and restoring the house as it was when they arrived. They were amazing--I even offered to adopt them both.

The APC staff, food and service were exceptional and I couldn't have been more pleased by our decision to use them.

From start to finish, working with Absolutely Perfect Catering was a dream. The company was extremely responsive, provided clear detailed instructions, were flexible with menu changes, and the food was incredible. On the day of the wedding, the catering team executed perfectly. As the bride, I got to try every appetizer, always had a drink in my hand, and was very taken care of. Additionally, the catering team took special care of both of our sets of parents and bridal party. I've also not been to many weddings where the food is actually delicious, and everything we had was amazing. The portion sizes were also significant. I cannot recommend Absolutely Perfect Catering enough. Josh and the entire team were wonderful to work with, and made the day so special!

Absolutely Perfect Catering is a great name for this company and I say that because I kept thinking that everything was absolutely perfect. The planning was extremely efficient. The servers were pleasant, professionally dressed and super efficient. The bride and groom were blown away by having an assigned server to be there in case they needed another drink, or someone to hold their drink while they posed for pictures, or to grab another appetizer, etc. Each guest at a table received their food at the same time as there were many servers. All the food allergies and restrictions ere attended to. I really liked the passed desserts vs. a dessert bar and I also liked the availability of self serve ice water dispensers at each bar. I could go on and on - I wouldn't have changed a thing! Food was delicious and plentiful, served beautifully and at the proper temperature. Wow! Your truly are absolutely perfect!
