Another Broken Egg Cafe

I wanna start off by saying very great customer service and very welcoming people. This is my first time I’m going to this franchise. I came on the grand opening day. It was very very busy, but for it to be a very, very busy day, they were attentive and very nice. The host does a great job and go Above and beyond to make sure my table was good The servers Very nice Yes, I waited 30 minutes for my food, but my food came out fresh hot and delicious. I would like to shout out Nae one of the host who was extremely nice and helpful the entire time. Thank you I will be back!

this place is nice just opened up so it’s fresh. My service was amazing. It was very busy on the weekend and I understand when you freshly open up things could be a little chaotic but things were great. Yes there’s a wait on fresh food but that’s with any food that is made freshly. The host were very nice people. They came by and checked on us asked us if we needed anything. set us down within 10 minutes, which is great. The servers were amazing. They were quick. They did the best they can while waiting on our food. Our food came out hot and fresh. Abby was our server and she was amazing. i’ve seen a couple of bad reviews on here about leaving out without getting their food but you have to understand. This is a brand new business opening and it’s not the host or service fault they’re doing the best they can so give them another try thank you guys for the amazing service of food. I will be back.

Absolutely no training in customer service. Wait was ridiculous. Never again! Just not worth it. It’s sad you have to leave the area for pleasant dining experience.

This restaurant was highly recommended, and it did not disappoint. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Theo, our waiter, made such a positive impression that when I return, I will definitely ask for him. I recommend this restaurant without reservation.
