Great service
Make sure you don’t show up to somewhat even close to closing hours they definitely have their door locked 20 min before the actual time they are supposed to close even though their outside sign says open
Awesome service and awesome ice cream!!
I get several cakes/year from this shop. Usually they are very good. This cake... well, it isn't at all like the picture, the seams show, the other half is....lumpy and it's not the usual beautiful writing. Good thing I wasnt trying to feed the 8-10 people listed. It did taste good tho.

On February 24th 2024 around 6:38 pm, I was met with the most unprofessional, unenthusiastic, and grumpy demeanor I’ve ever experienced from a Dunkin representative. All I wanted was a banana royal. I was met with a grumpy face and reply of “we don’t do that.” She walked off to handle other activities then returned without even a word. I finally asked for a three scoop sundae. She said “we don’t have hot fudge or caramel.” No offer of a suitable alternative. Finally she asked if I wanted anything else, to which I said naw, I’m good. Maybe it wasn’t meant for me to have ice cream on my cheat day?? Hmm…

They close early. Arived at 10:48pm and the doors are locked.
Stopped in to get our sick daughter a milk shake. The young lady who served us was a delight. Extremely friendly with excellent customer service skills.Un fortunately we did not catch her name. This is the way you do it. The milkshake was great also.

Baskin-Robbins very good milkshakes at a decent price and they'll put a banana in it if you'd like
First of all, it feels really dark and dingy in there.I went in for a hot fudge sunday, but they didn't have any hot fudge, so I settled for a milkshake, but there didn't seem to be any ice cream in it. All I tasted in my mint chip shake was milk and it was white (with tiny chocolate debris). It was like drinking a glass of cold milk for $6! I left that ish sitting there and went to across the street to Exxon for some ice cream. SMH I can't wait for Cindy's to reopen
