Even they are open but they don’t take customers. Says closed

On February 24th 2024 around 6:38 pm, I was met with the most unprofessional, unenthusiastic, and grumpy demeanor I’ve ever experienced from a Dunkin representative. All I wanted was a banana royal. I was met with a grumpy face and reply of “we don’t do that.” She walked off to handle other activities then returned without even a word. I finally asked for a three scoop sundae. She said “we don’t have hot fudge or caramel.” No offer of a suitable alternative. Finally she asked if I wanted anything else, to which I said naw, I’m good. Maybe it wasn’t meant for me to have ice cream on my cheat day?? Hmm…

Locked the door at 10:40 on a Friday night. Boo!
They close early. Arived at 10:48pm and the doors are locked.
Stopped in to get our sick daughter a milk shake. The young lady who served us was a delight. Extremely friendly with excellent customer service skills.Un fortunately we did not catch her name. This is the way you do it. The milkshake was great also.

Like coming to this location for lottery tickets but love coming here on the 31st of the month for their $1.31 per ice cream scoop promotion. ?
Don't have any stuff. Thinkng kinda BR is open for fun. No ice creams and stuff available.
Baskin-Robbins very good milkshakes at a decent price and they'll put a banana in it if you'd like
First of all, it feels really dark and dingy in there.I went in for a hot fudge sunday, but they didn't have any hot fudge, so I settled for a milkshake, but there didn't seem to be any ice cream in it. All I tasted in my mint chip shake was milk and it was white (with tiny chocolate debris). It was like drinking a glass of cold milk for $6! I left that ish sitting there and went to across the street to Exxon for some ice cream. SMH I can't wait for Cindy's to reopen

Delicious ice cream in assorted flavors...Especially cookie dough!
My son was very happy with his Spider Man ice cream cake! The whole family agreed it was delicious! We had 6 adults, 3 kids and only ate half the cake. For a little under $30, I think their cakes are a great value for the size, design and taste!

Amazing staff
Came to get late night ice cream and arrived at 10:45 to find out they close early with 2 employees working!!! They saw my wife and I and they told us they would not open!!! Change your hours online if you will turn down paying customers at 10:45.
