I just watched the female kneading dough then take orders walk around the store touching on countertops clothes and so on then went right back to kneading dough for pizzas said something to management John and his response let me know that they do it often. Will never order from them again. Then they have a nerve to mess your order up regularly. Since the stuff came back out I've over about 10 and about 4 of them was messed up either they didn't put something on it or didn't make it stuff crust. What a waste of time and energy.
I placed an online order with a specified pickup time that aligned with my commute from work. The 2 pizzas and order of lava cakes were ready for me when I arrived! Everything was delicious! This location is efficient and their staff is very friendly and professional.

Disappointed on Our Second Visit
This was our second time visiting, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. We ordered a chicken-topped pizza, but strangely, it came with pineapple instead—something we didn’t ask for. On top of that, the cheese was of poor quality and really affected the overall taste. It makes us wonder if they even check the order details or maintain any quality control. It’s frustrating to pay for something that doesn’t match what you requested. Sadly, we won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place based on this experience.

Absolutely pathetic behavior from manager. Kept me waiting there for half hour. After I got tired of waiting asked where my order was and manager came in and found someone else's name was my order and then had the nerve to throw the third part of my food without any apology. Worst experience ever

My pizza was burned on the top, and i didnt request well done. Also the toppings I paid for were very very very sparse. I've ordered from here before and it was generally good in the past, but this shouldn't ever have happened. When you get delivery you're not really going to bother to send it back, so it's super annoying that it was bad and i am stuck with it. When you watch the tracker it shows that there's a quality check, but there's just no way anyone is checking, or someone would've seen it was burned with hardly a trace of toppings. The prices aren't thst cheap, and I tip well - all of which is perfectly fine if the food is good - but this is a chain and so you should be able to rely on consistent procedures that result in good product quality. I'm just really disappointed that someone really actually sent me a burned dinner to be delivered to my doorstep. Also the cinnamon knots had extremely sparse cinnamon sauce on them. Maybe this all is a new shrinkflation policy thing since i ordered 2 weeks ago. I don't even usually bother to write reviews but this was a joke. Done with this location...done with Domino's after decades. It was just too awful for even a one time mistake
I was having issues ordering online with Domino's it would not accept me logging in even though I was using the correct login I had some kind of error that I was already using that email. So I decided to call the store close to me and order it on the phone. I was on hold for over 10 minutes and I called back and they kept putting me on hold without asking me anything. Extremely unprofessional they should have somebody that answers the phones and actually takes orders I'm never calling this Domino's again

Extremely Disappointed – Dietary Negligence
I had a terrible experience. I specifically ordered a vegetarian pizza, only to find chicken pieces scattered on it. This is completely unacceptable—not just a mistake, but a considerable violation of dietary restrictions. For many of us, this isn’t just about preference, it’s about principle, health, and belief.
We had to return the pizza, which was an inconvenience. It’s clear that in their rush to push out orders, quality control and basic respect for customer instructions are being tossed aside.
Domino’s should reevaluate how they handle food prep, especially when it comes to special dietary needs.
The manager is horrible and racist
This place has horrible customer service and management
It’s absolutely no reason I pay for extra cheese or my food in general and don’t get what I ask for I hate it there

This usually is my favorite location to order from, but my order was messed up twice. Manager Jessica was very rude, very ignorant, and very racist when I asked to speak with her. She needs to work on her communication skills as well as her customer service skills. Domino’s really needs to reconsider why they promoted her to being a manager, with the way she treats her customers she should not even be employed. The issue was so small and could have easily been resolved but she was so judgmental that she refused to service me. Domino’s please be mindful of the type of employees you place in leadership, because discrimination should not be tolerated.

WARNING - repeat offender of unsanitary methods
Ordered online and got to the store before my pizzas were ready. Had some time to wander back outside and looked back inside to see the young lady at the counter was working on preparing food with her bare hands. I watched a bit more to see her answer phones and work the register and then go back to the food without washing her hands. My biggest concern is the fact that delivery drivers come in and also answer calls when they are busy. They have been handling money, getting gas in their cars (potentially) and at a minimum, opening the front door to the store before picking up those phones. The young lady agreed that washing her hands was what she should have done and the manager said "yeah, you're right. we're just really busy". I get that this is not a huge thing, but it is not appropriate to be touching food with one's bare hands after touching unsanitary surfaces. Thought you should know.

Visited this store 11/06/24. This was my second time. But yesterday I seen an employee talking on his phone while touch the food! Particularly the dough! NASTY!! It was a tall white gentleman, who was also handling the money out of the register. VERY UNSANITARY!! I left without ordering a damn thing!!!
On August 31, 2024, I ordered a pizza. The problem I ran into was finding a hair in my pizza. I sent Domino's a complaint on 9/1/24, which is the day I found the hair. I asked for a refund. I just keep getting automatic reply back. DO NOT order from Domino's. They don't care about there customer's. They only want your money.
