Ordered online and got to the store before my pizzas were ready. Had some time to wander back outside and looked back inside to see the young lady at the counter was working on preparing food with her bare hands. I watched a bit more to see her answer phones and work the register and then go back to the food without washing her hands. My biggest concern is the fact that delivery drivers come in and also answer calls when they are busy. They have been handling money, getting gas in their cars (potentially) and at a minimum, opening the front door to the store before picking up those phones. The young lady agreed that washing her hands was what she should have done and the manager said "yeah, you're right. we're just really busy". I get that this is not a huge thing, but it is not appropriate to be touching food with one's bare hands after touching unsanitary surfaces. Thought you should know.

Visited this store 11/06/24. This was my second time. But yesterday I seen an employee talking on his phone while touch the food! Particularly the dough! NASTY!! It was a tall white gentleman, who was also handling the money out of the register. VERY UNSANITARY!! I left without ordering a damn thing!!!

On August 31, 2024, I ordered a pizza. The problem I ran into was finding a hair in my pizza. I sent Domino's a complaint on 9/1/24, which is the day I found the hair. I asked for a refund. I just keep getting automatic reply back. DO NOT order from Domino's. They don't care about there customer's. They only want your money.

Went to pick up an online order. There were at least 10 people working but no one was checking on the customer. When I said I was there for pick up, one guy saw me but didn’t answer me and talked to 3-4 other employees for 5 minutes while I stood there confused. He then asked the customer who arrived after me for his order. I looked at him confused and he goes “were you talking to me?” I said yes, I want to pick up. He said “your order is here, we’re good” in a condescending way as if I needed to calm down. I will be calling to get his name. Very disrespectful. I suspect this guy was a racist. Totally unacceptable and rude customer service. What a shame.

This is the worst dominos store I have ever been to. Extreme lack of customer service and respect for the people assuring you all have a paycheck. The manager needs to be fired. He acts as if he is invincible and you being in the store is bothering him. No smile, no welcome, no thank you. NOTHING. I have complained to corporate and will keep complaining until he is fired. AND HE WILL BE. I can assure you.

It was the worst experience, I ordered a delivery and I ordered 8 pieces of wings and I got pieces of chicken dipped in buffalo and there were only 6 I called the store immediately and the only response was I'm sorry, I'm upset because I was expecting those chickens, please, you should pay more attention when packing an order ????

I have ordered from this Domino's at least once per month for a couple years now and it's always been excellent! I've only had one off experience but the problem was fixed with ease. Food quality is excellent no matter what type of pizza I order and the delivery drivers do a superb job. Keep up the good work, much love.

Chicken Alfredo dry as hell(2) orders, cheesesteak tots wth no steak(1) order and garlic Parmesan wings(1) order and the sauce was terrible.. $42 order, never again. But, the driver Muhammad was very nice
Please retrain your staff on how to make pizzas. I mean there’s genuinely no reason why light sauce should mean zero sauce at all, but normal sauce means the pizza is drowning in sauce… that’s ridiculous, if i wanted an insane amount of sauce that literally drips off the pizza when i pick it up… i’d order extra.
