Stopped in to this Dunkin location for some quick drinks. It was easy to order on the kiosk and the drinks were ready very quickly and tasted good. This location is small on the inside and there's no drive-thru, so it's good to grab your drinks/food on the go.

If they’re going to close early, it’d be nice if they’d post accurate hours online. More than once, they’ve been closed and cleaning well before their closing time of 9pm. This time, i wanted to bring hot chocolates to a team practicing in chilly weather and learning to take business elsewhere if I want to be able to actually get into a store, let alone get anything I’d ordered.

Today I ordered a midnight roast coffee from this Dunkin. It tasted horrible, very bitter and undrinkable. I then tried to submit a complaint in their app, which failed to submit. Very disappointed that I wasted my money today and still need to buy another coffee...

Absolutely slowest Dunkin i have ever been too. They mark your order on the screen as ready yet you wait another 10-15min for your order. I assume they do this to keep there stats good in the system but still make customers wait.

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. It is extremely slow when there's more than one customer in the store. I have also waited 10+ minutes for an order only to be told that the product isn't available.

I tried the loaded hash browns today and wad totally disappointed. The cup was only half full, where the ad shows it full. I only tasted salt and nothing else all for $4.49. Way iver priced. I usually stop here 3 times a week. Not anymore. I also had the new latte and only tasted milk no coffee taste at all.
Consistently way too understaffed for how busy it gets here, especially in the mornings. They also cannot keep personnel which contributes to wait times as staff is new. It takes a long time in the mornings to get anything.

Walked in at 7:30pm looking to get some munchkins only to find a trash can at the front of the door where The worker is throwing away all the pastry items! If y'all don't close till 9:00 why are y'all wasting food!!! You never know what a customer is coming in there to get so for yall to prematurely throw away cinnamon rolls, the chocolate munchkins that I wanted and all other pastry items is so wasteful!!!! Do better!

This is one of the worst dunkin’s I ever been too. I seen reviews and wanted to still give them a chance. 2 weeks ago I had went in to order a iced cappuccino and my coffee smelled AND tasted like cleaning solution. It tasted like CHEMICALS and I had digested some of it before spitting it out. I even went back in and the cashier smelled it and was even shocked. She made me a new one, but it didn’t taste any better. I felt nauseous that whole day as well. Please avoid this place.
