The worse Dunkin’ ever! I ordered coffee with cream and no sugar and insisted a couple of times but at the end they gave me a coffee with sugar and no cream!!!

I stopped by this location because I had an appointment directly across the street. I ordered three hash browns and a peppermint mocha latte and was handed my order. Once I arrived at my appointment, which was only about two minutes away, I realized I had only been given one order of hash browns instead of three.
I returned and explained the issue. An employee was asked to prepare the remaining hash browns and handed me a bag but, there was still only one order inside. I had to go back in a third time to finally receive the correct amount.
While the issue was eventually resolved, the repeated mistakes and extra trips were inconvenient, especially with a scheduled appointment. More attention to order accuracy would greatly improve the customer experience.

Please don't go here I have an video of the young lady putting the donut trays on the trash cans as she depose of the donuts then after putting it there puts the tray back into the cabinet...smh this is the reason I try to avoid all cost of eating out due to this situation

Stopped in to this Dunkin location for some quick drinks. It was easy to order on the kiosk and the drinks were ready very quickly and tasted good. This location is small on the inside and there's no drive-thru, so it's good to grab your drinks/food on the go.
If they’re going to close early, it’d be nice if they’d post accurate hours online. More than once, they’ve been closed and cleaning well before their closing time of 9pm. This time, i wanted to bring hot chocolates to a team practicing in chilly weather and learning to take business elsewhere if I want to be able to actually get into a store, let alone get anything I’d ordered.

Today I ordered a midnight roast coffee from this Dunkin. It tasted horrible, very bitter and undrinkable. I then tried to submit a complaint in their app, which failed to submit. Very disappointed that I wasted my money today and still need to buy another coffee...

Absolutely slowest Dunkin i have ever been too. They mark your order on the screen as ready yet you wait another 10-15min for your order. I assume they do this to keep there stats good in the system but still make customers wait.

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. It is extremely slow when there's more than one customer in the store. I have also waited 10+ minutes for an order only to be told that the product isn't available.
