The store closes at 11pm... I arrived at 10:30. The lights were on and the doors were locked. I waited to see if someone appeared but nothing. Happens way too often!!!

I never believed I would give dunkin a bad review. But yesterday 8/25/2025 I had a very long drive at night and this Dunkin was the only one open in the whole area. I came in at approximately 10:15 and I waited there for like 10 minutes (I took the screenshot when I was waiting outside) to see if there’s someone and there were clearly people I can see inside the store who totally ignored my knocks. The listed closing time is 11pm. Next time adjust your hours so I don’t totally change my route to go to a closed place

Very nice place ..... With that said ... Why does Dunkin donuts sell two different products with same name? If you ask for a wrap there's two different ones. So it's two different products with the same name. So at one Dunkin donuts when I say Breakfast wrap they serve this kind when I go to another dunkin' donuts and I say give me a breakfast wrap they serve me this kind.......lol...lol
