El Sopon Mexican Food Truck

I decided to get lunch from El Sopon honestly because I wanted to try ordering in Spanish since I am learning the language (slowly). I didn't get to speak more than a little Spanish, but wow! The Super Quesadilla de Carnitas was amazing! ¡Qué maravillosa! I can't believe I have driven past this place hundreds of times and never had it. I also had a refresco de melon, which was quite good. I'll be back to order excellent food in bad Spanish again very soon.

The food matches the energy. I wanted to do a Latin dance when I bit into that Birria taco AND that yellow rice. It had pieces of carrot in it like she cooked the rice in a veggie stock. The time, THOUGHT, and str8 AMOR that she put into the food is UNmatched. I told her expect to see me again b4 Friday. Wait til I put my coworkers on. They will form a line at your truck.

At least once in your life, you've had the best meal ever, but it wasn't better than anything on El Sopon's menu. Eat here. It's actually dumb to not eat here. They have picnic tables.

Lived many years in SF and ate a lot of street tacos. If you’ve had them, you know. This place is super good. I had the 3 tacos and def will be back again! Sauce is good and meat was tasty with the 🍋‍🟩

Pretty disappointed. Paid $15 for 3 birriria tacos. They had absolutely no flavor at all and the meat was dry. Not worth it for the price. Mad that i wasted that money today trying to save gas. Next time I’ll just take the drive to Laurel for the quality.
