I drove around for a half hour looking for a place to eat. Everything was crowded. I came home and ordered from Flip. Pizza was delivered in under a half hour. The food was hot and delicious. Thank you Flip!

I ordered 2subs and fries which were horrible. The fries were oily and both subs were horrible. I ordered one Cheesesteak sub and one Chicken Cheesesteak. It was a waste of our $30. We could've went to the market and made much better sandwiches. The bread was very dry,they didn't pull out any of the bread which made the bread overpower the steak, which left more bread than steak on the roll. The rolls were those cheap rolls that u may find at the market (2 for $6.) Smh Usually restaurants and carry outs will press the bread on the griddle so that you'll get lesser bread,however this place isn't an expert in the sub area. The subs were also overpowered with mayonnaise and shredded lettuce. I really wanted to like this place,but this will be last time eating here. I'll stick to my regular spot,at least we'll know that we're getting something that's worth our money.

Best pizza I’ve gotten in the area so far from a price value and taste perspective. The pizza topping selection is also great with some toppings that you can’t find everywhere. Rest of the menu looked quite diverse, and excited to go back and try something new in the future.

One of my favorite lunch spots. I haven't had anything that I don't like, but my favorites so far are the lamb gyro and the original calzone. The people here are vlsuper friendly too. Highly recommend!

I've ordered quite often from Flip's via DoorDash, and the food is always a hit. I absolutely love their honey old bay wings. They're probably my favorite from any spot now. This time, I finally ordered a pizza and it was amazing. Came hot, cheesy, nice crust and overall great taste. If you're looking for a spot with good food and very reasonable prices, don't sleep on Flip's!

Accidentally ordered a meal I thought came with a fry, it didn’t, and they gave me a free fry anyway. And the food (Gyro Sandwich) was good. Awesome people.
I work in the building across the street from flips and have ordered out a few times for my break. I don't usually leave reviews but this place well deserved one!!! The pizza and pannins/every sandwich I ever brought has always been good !!! There has been a time they gave me another order and I was still satisfied with what they gave me because it was good as well. If your looking for something on your lunch break under $20 and good....... this is the place !!!!!

It’s very difficult to understand the person on the other end of the call when placing an order. English isn’t their first language and props to them for trying but it was very difficult and frustrating for me when ordering. The lady on the phone kept on getting my order wrong time and time again so I had to go in and place it in person. I go in and it’s the same problem . I even paid extra for something I didn't want just so I could avoid the back and forth. The food is okay but nothing I would be missing to come back again. I don't think I'll be ordering from here again.

I was very disappointed with my order. It was a group order with work and was one of many in a huge order. I order the mixed rice with sauce lamb and chicken with salad and rice. My bowl had A WHOLE lot of rice. Barley any meat. ANd no sauce. Unsatisfied with my meal And didn't like it. Had to grab sum blue cheese from my coworker to add to my food to make it edible. Never again.
