I eat Jersey Mike’s regularly and can say this is the best one I’ve experienced ever. I’ve been coming here for years and the food and service is consistent. Not all Jersey Mikes are the same. Here the ingredients are fresh, the service is fast and the employees understand the assignment. As a customer Jersey Mikes is held to a high standard in so many ways this location sets the benchmark.

I went in to get me and my grandkids well everything I asked for was she assumed I wanted something else had a huge attention when I asked for something for my grandson again added whatever she wanted well finally I flipped out when she looked at her coworker and started talking about me in her language, so I told her she needs to speak to me in my language. Young girl needs how to respect public people , if there was a 0 I would rated that all because of 1 person

My wife just had a horrible experience at this Jersey Mikes with a staff member. She was getting food for herself and 2 of our grandkids. The woman she interacted with was down right rude and should be working around people. I could say don’t you ever roll your eyes at my wife again, but does not matter because we won’t be back.

Everytime I go to this jersey mikes they some how will mess it up if you don’t stare at every move I ordered DoorDash got the complete wrong order called up there then got the wrong order again , gave them another chance I go up there and they do the same thing

Place looks good. The way of preparation is clean and good. $7 for mini size looks little high to me. PORTABELLA MUSHROOM & SWISS And The VEGGIE are the 2 vegetarian options available.

They use way too much oil on the subs. And the manager Anna is an absolute disgrace and so disrespectful I'll never go back to this location and I see so many horrible reviews mentioning how rude she is. It's unbelievable they still have her, she will ruin their shop.

I found the shop to be very clean and the customer service is good.

Customer service is an All time low! Walked in and walked to the register for online pickup as I do at All Jersey Mike’s locations, there were no pickup order signs. Anna never greeted me or directed me where to go. It was as if I was invisible. Very humiliating. I noticed Anna asking a gentlemen in the back if he was picking up. So, I walked there and still waited 5 minutes while she and her teammates play.
As I walked to my car, I realized I need to start cooking at home. Businesses no longer want Customers.
