I Stopped by the Drive thru this morning around 11:30. The spicy chicken sandwich was hard and dry as if they cooked it hours ago. Hot wings were undercooked and coleslaw was dry. Shame on me for going back to this one after having issues in the past. I wanted to return it but they failed to put my receipt in the bag. You can't make this stuff up!!

KFC in Elkridge has great customer service. The manager was very friendly and he and the staff did a great job on our order. Will definitely come back!

Always forget sauces and cutlery. Extra small tenders
I went there last week to get a chicken sandwich they didn't have any because they said they were frozen. I got tenders instead and they didn't give me what I ordered and when I called them they were getting ready to close. I went back and they replaced them and they were good

They do not do curbside delivery. There phone was busy or off the hook. Left with no choice but to go through the long drive through. Ordered online due to a large order. Side order was missing. Was original told they didn't know what order I had. They did quickly find it. I had to remind them of the one and only soda to watch the manger over fill and get a sticky cup. I called corporate due to being unable call them directly. Corporate was fantastic and are sending a voucher for the cost of missing item. Even so that doesn't make up for the missing side. I think I'll go to Columbia KFC in the future.

The worst KFC I've ever eaten . I asked initially for fresh chicken And I received old chicken still. Contact the manager explain im stuck on my job and I cannot come back. She said save the chicken I want to see it. I feel like I was robbed out of my money
